رسوب گرفتگی و تمیزکاری شیمیایی غشا

گرفتگی غشاء در اکثر سیستم های غشایی یک پدیده طبیعی است و با شستشوی سیستم در دوره های مختلف اکثر گرفتگی‌ها را می‌توان از سطح غشا پاک نمود. روش‌های تمیز کردن غشاء را می‌توان به چهار دسته که عبارت‌اند از: روش‌های فیزیکی، روش‌های شیمیایی، روش‌های بیولوژیکی (زیستی)، روش ترکیبی (فیزیکی- شیمیایی) تقسیم نمود. در این مطالعه، مروری کلی بر گرفتگی غشاء، عوامل ایجاد کننده آن و روش شیمیایی تمیز کردن غشاء صورت گرفته است و در ادامه گزارشی از یک مورد صنعتی از غشای اسمز معکوس که تحت آنالیز رسوب قرار گرفته و سپس با انتخاب مواد شیمیایی مناسب تمیزکاری شیمیایی شده؛ ارائه شده است.

membrane fouling is a natural phenomenon in most membrane systems, and by washing the system in different periods, most of the clogging can be removed from the membrane surface. membrane cleaning methods can be divided into four categories: physical methods, chemical methods, biological methods and combined methods (physical-chemical). in this study, a general overview of membrane fouling, the factors that cause it, and the chemical method of membrane cleaning has been done. finally, a report of an industrial case of a reverse osmosis membrane that has been subjected to sediment analysis and cleaned by choosing appropriate chemicals is presented.
