چکیده
|
تامین مالی نوآوری و توسعه فناوری همواره یکی از چالش برانگیزترین مباحث مربوط به نوآوری و توسعه فناوری بوده است. نوآوری در ابتدای مسیر رشد با توجه به ریسک‌های مربوط به آن در صورت عدم تامین مالی مناسب با شکست مواجه گردیده و به سایر مراحل چرخه عمر خود نخواهد رسید. با توجه به آینده نامعلوم هر نوآوری و ابهامات پیش رو پذیرش ریسک تامین مالی بزرگ‌ترین دستاورد هر فرد یا گروه نوآور محسوب می‌گردد. هر نوآوری و فناوری جدید برای ثمر دهی مناسب نیازمند پشتیبانی مالی از سوی ذی‌نفعانی دارد که به آینده و سوددهی آن نوآوری امیدوار بوده و دچار کمترین درصد ریسک سرمایه گردند. در این تحقیق با استفاده از مدل ذی‌نفعان فریمن، ضمن طبقه‌بندی ذی‌نفعان موجود در شرکت‌های مستقر در منطقه ویژه اقتصادی انرژی پارس و تعیین شاخص‌های سنجش، اثربخشی هرکدام و نیز آن‌ها مهم‌ترین ذی‌نفعان در تامین مالی نوآوری و فناوری مشخص گردید.

Abstract
|
financing innovation and technology development has always been one of the most challenging topics related to innovation and technology development. innovation at the beginning of the growth path due to its related risks will fail in the absence of proper financing and will not reach other stages of its life cycle. considering the uncertain future of any innovation and the uncertainties ahead, accepting the risk of financing is considered the greatest achievement of any innovative person or group. every innovation and new technology needs financial support from stakeholders who hope for the future and profitability of that innovation and suffer the lowest percentage of capital risk for proper fruition. in this research, by using freeman s stakeholder model, while classifying the existing stakeholders in the companies located in the pars special economic energy zone and determining the measurement indicators, the effectiveness of each and also the most important stakeholders in the financing of innovation and technology are identified. became
