بررسی تطبیقی جایگاه آموزش های مهارتی در ایران و جهان

آموزش‌های فنی حرفه‌ای یکی از وظایف اصلی دولت‌ها بوده که ارتباط مستقیم باکاهش نرخ بیکاری و رشد بهره‌وری و افزایش و در نهایت رشد اقتصادی درکشورها دارد، به‌گونه‌ای که در بسیاری از کشورها اصلاحات آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه ای در راس اولویت‌های ملی آن کشورها قرار گرفته است. آموزش‌های مهارتی کلید توسعه پایدار در هر کشور است و در حال حاضر اهمیت خاص آن بر کسی پنهان نیست. تمام کشورهای دنیا به موازات تولید علم به پنجه های کارآمد هم نیازمند هستند و مانند دو بال توسعه عمل می کنند. مقاله حاضر که هدف آن بررسی تطبیقی میان جایگاه آموزش مهارت در ایران و کشورهای جهان می‌باشد که به شکل مروری و با استناد به منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرداخته است. نتایج این تطبیق نشان می‌دهد که باید تغییراتی در سیستم آموزشی و محتوای دروس مدارس و دانشگاهها داده شود و افرادی در راس امور قرار گیرند که علاقه‌مند به ایجاد و توسعه فعالیتهای تولیدی بوده و شرایط مناسب را برای ظهور کارآفرینان خلاق فراهم سازند.

vocational technical training is one of the main duties of governments, which has a direct relationship with the reduction of unemployment rate and the growth of productivity and increase and finally the economic growth of the countries, so that in many countries, the reforms of technical and professional training have been placed at the top of the national priorities of those countries. skill training is the key to sustainable development in any country and currently its special importance is not hidden from anyone. all the countries of the world need efficient claws in parallel with the production of science and they act like two wings of development. the purpose of this article is a comparative study between the status of skill training in iran and the countries of the world. the results of this comparison show that there should be changes in the educational system and the content of courses in schools and universities, and people who are interested in creating and developing production activities and provide suitable conditions for the emergence of creative entrepreneurs should be placed at the head of affairs.
