تاثیر هوش مصنوعی بر آموزش‌های مهارتی

یکی از راهکارهای اشتغال‌زایی در هر کشور می‌تواند توسعه مهارت‌آموزی نیروی انسانی باشد و اگر دغدغه شغلی نیروی انسانی در آینده وجود داشته باشد باید به‌صورت هدف‌دار به سمت آموزش‌های مهارتی گام برداشت. با ورود فناوری جدید، فرصت‌های شغلی در هر کشوری با دگرگونی مواجه می‌شود؛ بنابراین برای بقا و حفظ پویایی در محیط فناورانه جدید لازم است به تقویت آموزش‌های مهارتی پرداخته شود. بر این اساس ورود هوش مصنوعی به دنیای امروز باعث ایجاد تغییرات در بسیاری از صنایع شده است که صنعت آموزش نیز از این قاعده مسثنی نشد. در فضای امروزی برای همراه شدن با تغییرات تکنولوژی نمی‌توان به آن بی‌توجه بود بلکه باید با شناخت درست با آن همراه شد. دانشگاه و موسسات آموزشی که انتقال کننده دانش و آموزش به جوامع هستند باید بتوانند از قابلیت‌های هوش مصنوعی در بهبود آموزش و تولید محتوای مناسب استفاده کنند. عدم توجه به وجود هوش مصنوعی و نادیده گرفتن آن در آموزش می‌تواند به بدنه صنعت آموزش خسارت وارد کند. این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی و اهمیت هوش مصنوعی بر آموزش‌های مهارتی است.
