چکیده
|
در این مقاله به بررسی نقش دانشگاه در اشتغال و کارآفرینی پرداختیم. امروزه به دلیل وجود عواملی هم‌چون رشد افزاینده‌ی رقابت در سطوح ملی و بین المللی، تغییرات سریع محیطی و فناوری، افزایش نوآوری و خلاقیت، اثربخشی، بهره‌وری و ایجاد کسب و کارهای جدید باعث شده است که دولت‌ها به گونه‌ای موثر به موضوع کارآفرینی بپردازند. در این رابطه دانشگاه، در توسعه مفاهیم کارآفرینی نقش مهمی بر عهده دارد. در عصر دانش از متولیان اموردانشگاهی انتظار می‌رود با سرمایه‌گذاری در عرصه فرهنگ دانشگاهی ضمن شناسایی و خلق روش‌های تولید علم درجهت ترفیع مشکلات جامعه و صنعت، نقش فعالی را ایفا نمایند. به‌گونه‌ای که یکی از ابزارهای راهبردی و کلیدی در راه توسعه‌ی اقتصادی و تضمین اشتغال پایدار در جوامع امروز، وجود دانشگاه کارآفرین در سطح آموزش عالی است. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که باید با آموزش کارآفرینی در دانشگاه‌ها فرهنگ کارآفرینی را میان اقشار دانشگاهی پیشرفت دهیم تا در روند توسعه‌ی صنعتی کشور ایجاد تحول داشته باشیم.

Abstract
|
in this paper, we have investigated the role of universities in employment and entrepreneurship. nowadays, the increasing growth of national and international competitions, rapid environmental and technological changes, the growth of innovation and creativity, effectiveness and efficiency, and the emergence of new businesses have made the governments focus on the issue of entrepreneurship effectively. in this regard, universities play a significant role in the development of entrepreneurship concepts. in the knowledge era, the academic authorities are expected to invest in academic culture to identify and create knowledge generation methods for resolving the social and industrial problems. one of the strategic and key tools for economic development and sustainable job creation is entrepreneur universities at higher education levels. due to the importance of this issue, studies suggest that the academic entrepreneurial education should be adopted as a tool for promoting the culture of entrepreneurship in academic contexts to transform the industrial development of the country.
