اکوسیستم کارآفرینی دانشگاه بنیان ((عوامل موثر،چارچوب مفهومی و الزامات توسعه))

اکوسیستم کارآفرینی، در قالب مجموعه ای از بازیگران و عوامل وابسته،منجر به کارآفرینی مولد در یک قلمرو خاص می شود. در میان این بازیگران، دانشگاه ها می توانند سهم بزرگی در اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش داشته باشند. با توجه به ارتباط متقابل اقتصاد با فناوری و اینکه نوآوری فناورانه مولفۀ اصلی رقابت پذیری صنعتی و قدرت اقتصادی شناخته می شود، همزمان با سرعت تغییرات علمی و فناورانه و وابستگی فزایندۀ توسعة صنعتی به دانش، نظام علمی و دانشگاهی با تغییرات اساسی در محیط اجتماعی- اقتصادی خود و نحوۀ ارتباط با جامعه مواجه شده و انتظارات جامعه از این نظام تغییر و افزایش یافته است. از اینرو با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، مقاله حاضر با هدف شناخت عوامل موثر بر شکل گیری و توسعة کارآفرینی دانش بنیان، ارائة چارچوب مفهومی و بیان الزامات توسعة اکوسیستم کارآفرینی دانشگاه بنیان انجام شده است.روش‌شناسی استفاده شده در این مقاله از حیث جمع آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای- اسنادی و رویکرد حاکم بر این مطالعه کیفی است.

entrepreneurial ecosystem, in the form of a set of actors and related factors, results in productive entrepreneurship in a specific territory. among these actors, universities can play a major role in the knowledge-based economy. considering the mutual relationship between economy and technology and that technological innovation is known as the main component of industrial competitiveness and economic strength. concurrent with the speed of scientific and technological changes and the increasing dependence of industrial development on knowledge, the scientific and university system has faced fundamental changes in its socio-economic environment and way of communication with the society and society s expectations from this system have changed and increased. therefore, according to the importance of the subject, this article has been done with the aim of identifying the factors influencing the formation and development of knowledge-based entrepreneurship, providing a conceptual framework and stating the requirements for the development of the university-based entrepreneurship ecosystem. the methodology used in this article in terms of collecting information library-documentary and the approach governing this study is qualitative.
