بررسی ارتباط دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای در توسعه صنعت و فناوری

دانشگاه و صنعت دو نهاد مهم و اساسی در اقتصادهای دانش محور می‌باشند. توسعه علم و فناوری و در نتیجه پیشرفت در مباحث صنعتی و اقتصادی، جزء سیاست‌های یک جامعه محسوب می‌شود که در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. سیاست گذاری‌ها به عنوان یک رکن مهم در پیوند دانشگاه و صنعت شناخته شده، که می‌تواند نقش بسیار مهمی را بر عهده داشته باشد. این برنامه ریزی‌ها می‌تواند با شناسایی و معرفی نیازها و توانایی‌های دانشگاهیان و صنعت‌گران، فصل مشترکی میان دانشگاه و صنعت ایجاد نماید. پرسشنامه‌ای متناسب با موضوعیت مقاله تهیه شد و درقالب نظرسنجی توصیفی و کمی در اختیار جامعه آماری و پژوهشی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از نظرسنجی توسط نرم افزار (version 27) spss آنالیز، و نتایج پس از تحلیل و بررسی به نمایش گذاشته شد. در این مقاله سعی بر آن است به زبانی ساده نحوه تعاملات و همکاری، شناسایی و بررسی عوامل و موانع ارتباط دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای با صنعت مورد بحث و بررسی قرارگیرد و یک نمونه موفق از پیوند و همکاری مثبت دانشگاه و صنعت تشریح گردد. جامعه آماری و نظرسنجی پژوهشی حاضر شامل دانشجویان، هیات علمی، مدرسین دانشگاه، مدیران و کارکنان شرکت‌های صنعتی، می‌باشند که نتایج آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

investigating the between technical and professional universities in the development of industry and technology

university and industry are two important and fundamental institutions in knowledge-based economies. the development of science and technology and, as a result, progress in industrial and economic issues, is considered part of the policies of a society, which is examined in this article. policies are known as an important pillar in the link between university and industry, which can play a very important role. these plans can create a common chapter between university and industry by identifying and introducing the needs and abilities of academics and industrialists. a questionnaire was prepared according to the topic of the article and mostly a descriptive and quantitative survey was provided to the statistical and research community. the results of the survey were analyzed by spss software (version 27), and the results were displayed after analysis and review. in this article, an attempt is made to discuss in simple language the way of interaction and cooperation, to identify and examine the factors and obstacles of the relationship between technical and professional university and industry, and to describe a successful example of positive cooperation between university. the statistical population and survey of this research includes students, academic staff, university professors, managers and employees of industrial companies whose results have been analyzed.
