نقش سمپوزیوم های علمی در توسعه علوم فنی و مهارتی با محوریت توسعه ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه

امروزه استفاده از تجربه سایر حوزه ها و اینکه بتوان آن را در قالبی مورد استفاده درآورد، شیوه ای کاربردی است که می توان آن را فرهنگ سازی مهارتی نوین خطاب نمود. در حوزه مهارت و آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای، انتقال تجربه و روش تدریس مناسب در مباحث چالشی بسیار کمک کننده می باشد که در غیر این صورت، افراد باید خود موضوعات مختلف را تجربه نموده و با تکیه بر محفوظات شخصی، تعالیم تئوری و توانمندی خود، با روش سعی و خطا به تجربه رسیده که این روش الزاما کم هزینه و کاربردی نیست. ایجاد بستر انتقال و به اشتراک گذاشتن این تجارب همراه با پرسش و پاسخ مخاطبین و اساتید یکی از کاربردی ترین روشها است که نقص آن در حوزه فنی و حرفه ای کاملا محسوس می باشد. در این تحقیق ضمن بررسی راهکارهای عملی در جامعه آماری دانشگاهی، جهت ارتقا توسعه مهارتی در وزارت علوم و نیز نقش بکارگیری سمپوزیوم ها در دانشگاه ها به توسعه ارتباطی میان دانشگاه و صنعت پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد برگزاری سمپوزیوم ها و افزایش تبادلات نیروی انسانی متخصص میان صنعت و دانشگاه می تواند در کنترل نرخ بیکاری و افزایش نیروی کار متخصص نقش بسزایی ایفا کند.

the role of scientific symposia in the development of technical and technical sciences, focusing on the development of the relationship between industry and university

today, using the experience of other fields and being able to use it in a format is a practical method that can be called new skill building. in the field of skills and technical and vocational training, the transfer of experience and appropriate teaching method in challenging topics is very helpful, otherwise, people should experience different topics themselves and rely on personal reservations, theoretical teachings and capabilities. he has experienced through trial and error that this method is not necessarily cheap and practical. creating a transfer platform and sharing these experiences along with the questions and answers of the audience and professors is one of the most practical methods, the deficiency of which is quite noticeable in the technical and professional field. in this research, while examining practical solutions in the academic statistical community, in order to promote skill development in the ministry of science and also the role of using symposiums in universities, the development of communication between universities and industry was discussed. the results showed that holding symposia and increasing the exchange of expert human resources between industry and university can play a significant role in controlling the unemployment rate and increasing the expert workforce.
