ارتقاء مهارت‌های مشارکتی دانشجویان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای از طریق درک مهارت های شغلی و ارتباطات علمی، راهکارها و چشم‌اندازها

در دوران فعلی تحولات سریع و پیشرفت فناوری، ارتقاء مهارت‌های دانشجویان فنی و حرفه‌ای به‌عنوان یکی از اولویت‌های اساسی در عرصه آموزش عالی مطرح است. مهارت‌های عملی و کاربردی این دانشجویان نه‌تنها نیازهای صنعت و بازار کار را پاسخ می‌دهند، بلکه امکان انطباق بهتر آن‌ها با چالش‌های متغیر و پیچیده محیط کاری را فراهم می‌سازند. در این راستا، انجام کارهای مهارتی به‌عنوان یک ابزار عملی واقعی، به دانشجویان فرصت می‌دهد تا تجربه‌ی عملیاتی و واقعی را به‌دست آورند و از طریق آن مهارت‌های خود را تقویت نمایند. جامعه آماری پژوهش 115 نفر می باشد که تعداد 109 نفر به انتخاب خود در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و برای تحلیل داده های کمی از آزمون توصیفی در نرم افزار آماری spss استفاده شد. این مقاله به بررسی راهکارها و روش‌های ارتقاء مهارت‌های دانشجویان فنی و حرفه‌ای از طریق انجام کارهای مهارتی می‌پردازد. این راهکارها شامل برگزاری کارگاه‌ها و آموزش‌های عملی، ایجاد همکاری‌های موثر با صنعت و بازار کار، بهبود بسترهای آموزشی و ایجاد محیط‌های تحریک‌کننده برای توسعه مهارت‌های عملی دانشجویان است. همچنین، تاثیرات این ارتقاء مهارت‌ها بر بازار کار و جامعه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار می‌گیرد تا مسیرهای مناسب برای بهبود و توسعه آموزش عالی و مهارت‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای دانشجویان شناسایی شود. براساس یافته های پژوهش انگیزه و مشارکت در بین دانشجویان کمک قابل توجهی به ارتقا ارتباطات علمی آنها می­کند. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای این پرسشنامه 0.82 برآورد شد.

improving the collaborative skills of technical and vocational university students through understanding job skills and scientific communication, solutions and perspectives.

in the current era of rapid advancements in technology, enhancing the skills of technical and vocational students is considered one of the fundamental priorities in higher education. the practical and applied skills of these students not only meet the needs of industry and the job market but also enable them to better adapt to the variable and complex challenges of the work environment. in this regard, engaging in skill-based tasks as a practical tool provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and strengthen their skills. the research sample consists of 115 individuals, of whom 109 participated in this study by their own choice. a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and descriptive tests in spss software were utilized for quantitative data analysis. this article examines the strategies and methods for enhancing the skills of technical and vocational students through engaging in skill-based tasks. these strategies include organizing workshops and practical training sessions, establishing effective collaborations with industry and the job market, improving educational infrastructures, and creating stimulating environments for the development of students practical skills. furthermore, the impacts of these skill enhancements on the job market and society are analyzed to identify appropriate pathways for improving and developing higher education and the technical and vocational skills of students. according to the research findings, motivation and participation among students significantly contribute to enhancing their scientific communications. the validity of the questionnaire was estimated using cronbach s alpha coefficient, which yielded a value of 0.82 for this questionnaire.
