نقش آموزش‌های مهارتی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای در اقتصاد

آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای در تلفیق علم و عمل به‌عنوان پل ارتباطی بین دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای و صنعت و گام موثری در تامین نیروی کارآمد و متخصص است. الگوهای مناسب بسیاری برای ارتباط بخش صنعت با دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای وجود دارد. پژوهش حاضر با موضوع بررسی نقش آموزش‌های مهارتی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای در اقتصاد پرداخته است. در پژوهش از رویکرد کیفی، با روش پژوهش توصیفی استفاده شده است که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ملاک محور تعداد 80 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای شهر تهران بودند، انتخاب و با مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته به بررسی تجارب درک، شناسایی ادراکات و نقش آموزش‌های مهارتی در دانشگاه، پرداخته شد و از روش تجربه و تحلیل (دسته‌بندی اطلاعات) توصیفی - میدانی استفاده شده است و همچنین از نرم‌افزار spss و smart pls (مدل مفهومی) استفاده شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داده است: تعامل میان نیروهای انسانی دو حوزه صنعت و دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای به‌عنوان یکی از رویکردهای اصلی کشورهای پیشرفته و درحال‌توسعه است که نیاز اساسی کشور ایران هم محسوب می‌گردد. با آموزش مناسب مهارت‌های فنی می‌توان بسیاری از نیازهای بروز اقتصادی را شناسایی و برطرف نمود.

our country is on the path of development, when it comes to all-round development, it should be considered scientifically and technologically, economically, politically, culturally, etc. in the meantime, capabilities and plans move until reaching the right path. in this regard, a reinforcement of the basic prerequisites, and in other words a resistance of the main components, is human power, which is considered the driving engine of the development cycle. human power, to influence the development process, requires training at different levels and other skills of the educational skills of the technical and vocational university. is. it is to solve unemployment in the country with economic conditions. the present study deals with the topic of examining the role of technical university skill training in resistance economy. in the research, a quantitative and field approach was used, with a descriptive research method, which was based on the purposeful sampling method of 50 employees and specialists of technical and vocational universities of the country, selected and with a semi-structured interview to investigate the experiences of understanding. the identification of perceptions and skills training in the university was discussed. and descriptive-field experiment and analysis method (categorization of information) has been used and spss software has also been used. the formation of human capital plays a role. in iran, one of the necessities and requirements for growth and development is the training of skills necessary for human capital, which is usually done through technical and vocational training centers.
