بررسی و پیشنهاد مدلی برای نهادینه سازی نظام صلاحیت حرفه ای در آموزش عالی و آموزش مهارتی با استفاده از قراردادهای هوشمند

با توجه به پیشرفت فناوری و ارتباطات، روش های مدیریت آموزشی سنتی جوابگویی نیازهای آموزشی نبوده لذا، نیاز است تا با استفاده از فناوری های جدید، نظام آموزشی ارتقا داده شود. به همین دلیل، هدف این پژوهش بررسی پیشنهاد مدلی برای نهادینه سازی نظام صلاحیت حرفه ای در آموزش عالی و آموزش مهارتی با استفاده از قرارداد های هوشمند می باشد. روش کلی این پژوهش، علم طراحی است. ارزیابی مدل نیز از طریق یک پرسش نامه طراحی شده انجام پذیرفت که این پرسش نامه توسط یک نمونه آماری150 نفر، از جامعه آماری که شامل شامل دوگروه معلمان دروس فنی، مدیران بخش آموزش فنی و حرفه ای ادارات آموزش وپرورش وافراد مسئول تدوین رشته ها مهارتی و مدرسان رشته فنی مهندسی در دانشگاه و آموزشکده های فنی و حرفه ای می باشند و گروه دیگر از متشکل از مدیران و کارکنان در راس صنایع تکمیل شد که این نمونه ای آماری با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده 150 نفر انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات پرسش نامه با روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی که برای اثبات این فرضیه از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون دو طرفه استفاده شده است وسطح معنی داری 11.1 می باشد به دست آمده و از آلفا( %5)کمتر می باشد که نتایج نشان داد آموزش عالی و آموزش مهارتی در نظام صلاحیت حرفه ای در آموزش عالی و مهارتی موثر است و استفاده از قرارداد هوشمند در نظام صلاحیت حرفه ای در آموزش عالی و مهارتی موثر است همچنین آموزش عالی و آموزش مهارتی و قراردادهای هوشمند در آموزش عالی و مهارتی موثر است.

examining and proposing a model for the institutionalization of the professional qualification system in higher education and skill training using smart contracts

due to the advancement of technology and communication, the traditional educational management methods have not met the educational needs, therefore, there is a need to improve the educational system by using new technologies. for this reason, the purpose of this research is to investigate the proposal of a model for the institutionalization of the professional qualification system in higher education and skill training using smart contracts. the general method of this research is design science. the evaluation of the model was also carried out through a designed questionnaire, which was answered by a statistical sample of 150 people, from the statistical population, which includes two groups of teachers of technical courses, managers of the technical and vocational education department of education departments, and people responsible for developing skill courses. and there are technical and engineering lecturers in universities and technical and vocational schools, and another group consisting of managers and employees at the top of the industries was completed, which was a statistical sample of 150 people selected with the purposeful sampling method. the information of the questionnaire was obtained by descriptive and inferential statistical methods, which was used to prove this hypothesis, and the two-way pearson correlation test was used, and the significance level is 11.1, which is less than alpha (5%). the results showed that higher education and skill training in the professional qualification system is effective in higher and skill education and the use of smart contracts in the professional qualification system is effective in higher and skill education, as well as higher education and skill training and smart contracts in education. excellent and effective skill.
