بررسی تاثیر استفاده از تجهیزات و ابزارهای مدرن درکارگاه های آموزشکده های فنی و حرفه ای و کسب مهارت خاص در اشتغال دانشجویان

مهارت آموزی نقش بسیار مهمی در ایجاد کارآفرینی و پیشرفت صنعت در جهان دارد و یکی از نقش‌های مهم در مشاغل دنیا است. با توجه به تغییرات روز افزون در فناوری و نوآوری‌های صنعتی، اقتصاد جهانی و تحولات سریع که در شغل‌ها رخ می‌دهد مهارت‌های نوین و به روز مورد نیاز است. دانشگاه فنی و-حرفه‌ای نقش مهمی در مهارت آموزشی و اشتغال دارد. هدف از این مقاله تاثیر استفاده از امکانات فیزیکی و تجهیزات کارگاه‌ها بر کسب مهارت دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی مهندسی خودرو در آموزشکده‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای استان مازندران است. با استفاده از آمارها و داده‌هایی که از دانشجویان هر آموزشکده به تعداد 30 نفر بدست آمد و بررسی شد معلوم شد که امکانات کارگاهی تاثیر مستقیمی بر یادگیری افراد و مهارت آموزی آنان در اشتغال است. نتایج و آمار نشان داد که امکانات و تجهیزات کارگاهی بر روی اشتغال دانشجویان رشته مهندسی خودرو بعد از فارغ التحصیلی تاثیر مثبتی دارد.

skill training plays a very crucial role in creating entrepreneurship and the development of industry in the world and it is one of the important roles in the world s jobs. due to the ever-increasing changes in technology and industrial innovations, the global economy, and the rapid changes that occur in jobs, new and up-to-date skills are needed. technical and vocational university plays an important role in educational skills and employment. the purpose of this article is the effect of the use of physical facilities and workshop equipment on the acquisition of skills of undergraduate students in automotive engineering in technical and vocational schools of mazandaran province. by using statistics and data obtained from 30 students of each school and analyzed, it was found that workshop facilities have a direct impact on people s learning and their skills training in employment. the results and statistics showed that workshop facilities have a positive effect on the employment of automotive engineering students after graduation.
