توسعه اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش های مهارتی (مطالعه موردی: عکاسی خبری)

هر انسانی دارای ویژگی ها و خصوصیات منحصر به فردی است که ممکن است این خصائص حتی بین دونفر از اعضای یک خانواده هم یکسان نباشد. یک بخش از خلق و خوی ما، میراثی است که از نسل های پیشین در ما نهادینه شده است. بخش مهم دیگر، اخلاقی است که با مراودات خود با عوامل بیرون از محیط بدن، در ما شکل می گیرد. هر دوی این خلقیات، قابل تغییر و بهینه سازی است. اخلاق حرفه ای همان بخشی است که به صورت اکتسابی بدست می آید. کاربرد اخلاق حرفه ای در هنر و به ویژه عکاسی و عکاسی خبری به دلیل حساسیت شغلی بسیار حائز اهمیت است. هدف از انجام تحقیق فوق بررسی اخلاق حرفه ای و توسعه آن در رشته عکاسی خبری با رویکرد مروری می‌باشد. روش انجام تحقیق حاضر، به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و روش جمع آوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه ای می‌باشد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که رعایت اصول اخلاقی در هنر و بویژه رشته عکاسی و عکاسی خبری از ضروریات این رشته می‌باشد که بدون آن این رشته موفقیتی در پی نخواهد داشت.

development of professional ethics in skill training (case study: photojournalism)

every human being has unique characteristics and characteristics that may not even be the same between two members of the same family. one part of our temperament is a legacy that has been embedded in us from previous generations. another important part is morality that is formed in us by its interaction with factors outside the body. both of these moods can be changed and optimized. professional ethics is the same part that is acquired in an acquired manner. the application of professional ethics in the arts, especially photography and photojournalism, is very important due to occupational sensitivity. the aim of this research is to investigate professional ethics and develop it in the field of photojournalism with a review approach. the method of this research is descriptive-analytical and library data collection method. the results show that observing ethics in art and especially photography and photojournalism is one of the necessities of this field, without which this field would not be successful.
