بررسی آموزش‌های مهارتی فنی و حرفه‌ای در ایران و سایر کشورهای توسعه‌یافته جهان

در این مقاله به شناسایی و بررسی جایگاه آموزش مهارت در ایران و بررسی نظام‌های آموزشی در تعدادی از کشورهای جهان پرداخته شده است. با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، جایگاه آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای در جامعه علمی کشور بررسی و تحلیل شده است. تامین نیروی متخصص و ماهر ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است که بدون توجه به آن سرمایه‌گذاری‌های مادی و انسانی به هدر خواهد رفت. به همین دلیل از عواملی که سال‌هاست مانع تحقق واقعی اهداف برنامه‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی شده، کمبود نیروی متخصص و ماهر متناسب با نیازهای اجرایی برنامه‌ها بوده است که البته دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای تربیت و تامین آن را به‌طور گسترده به عهده دارد. برای فراگیر شدن فرهنگ فنی و حرفه‌ای و کارآفرینی، باید تغییراتی در سیستم آموزشی و محتوای دروس مدارس و دانشگاه‌ها داده شود. مطالعه تطبیقی نظام آموزشی ایران و کشورهایی که در این زمینه پیشرفت‌های روزافزونی داشته‌اند، نشان می‌دهد که با شناسایی و به‌کارگیری روش‌های موثر آموزشی در برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی موردنیاز، همچنین تدوین نظام جامع ارزیابی آموزشی و محتوای آن با توجه به ملاک‌های آموزش کار و برقراری مکانیزم منظم و روزآمد و اصلاح برنامه‌های آموزشی، موجبات رشد خلاقیت و کارآفرینی در دانش‌آموختگان این موسسات فراهم خواهد شد.

review of technical and vocational education in iranand other developed countries of the world

in this paper, the position of skill education in iran and the study of educational systems in a number of countries of the world have been discussed. using the qualitative content analysis method, the position of technical, vocational and skill education in the scientific comprehensive of the country has been investigated and analyzed. it is impossible to provide specialized and skilled personnel for the implementation of any necessary program, without paying attention to it, material and human investments will be wasted. it has been with the implementation needs of the programs, which, of course, the technical and vocational university is largely responsible for training and providing it. in order to spread the technical and vocational culture, changes should be made in the educational system and the content of the courses in schools and universities. the comparative study of the higher education system of iran and the countries that have made increasing progress in the development of technical and vocational education, shows that by identifying and applying effective educational methods in holding required and anticipated educational courses, as well as developing a comprehensive educational evaluation system and its content. the standards of work training and the establishment of a systematic and up-to-date feedback mechanism and the modification of the programs of these conservatories and schools will provide the growth of creativity and entrepreneurship among the graduates of these institutions.
