بررسی مزایا و چالش‌های کاربرد فناوری‌های نوین در آموزش مهارتی

دانشگاه‌های مهارت محور به دلیل تربیت تکنسین و نیروی متخصص صنایع مختلف از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار هستند. بررسی سرفصل رشته‌های مهارتی نشان می‌دهد که بخش عمده و مهم دروس، کارگاهی و آزمایشگاهی می‌باشند که در آماده‌سازی دانشجو برای ورود به بازار کار و آشنایی با تجهیزات مرتبط با رشته تحصیلی نقش دارند. در این مقاله به نقش موثر فناوری‌های نوین در آموزش مهارتی می‌پردازیم و چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های کاربرد این فناوری‌ها در آموزش دروس عملی و آزمایشگاهی را بیان می‌کنیم. سپس واقعیت مجازی، واقعیت افزوده و شبیه‌سازی را به عنوان مفیدترین این فناوری‌ها معرفی و تاثیر هریک از این روش‌ها در افزایش اثربخشی آموزش‌های عالی مهارتی را تبیین و مزایا و چالش‌های آن‌ها را ذکر می‌کنیم. مطالعه تحقیقات صورت گرفته در رابطه با این فناوری‌ها نشان می‌دهد که علیرغم وجود چالش، با درنظرگرفتن تاثیر چشم‌گیر این فناوری‌ها در ارتقای کیفیت آموزش و بهبود یادگیری در فراگیران و آمادگی آن‌ها برای آینده شغلی، می‌توان با پرداختن به چالش‌ها و در نظرگرفتن مزایا، در کنار آموزش‌های معمول از این روش‌ها به عنوان ابزار کمک آموزشی جهت ارتقای سطح آموزش‌های عالی مهارتی بهره برد.

exploring the advantages and challenges of using new technologies in skill training

skill-oriented universities are of special importance due to the training of technicians and expert personnel of various industries. examining the heading of skill courses shows that the major and important part of courses are workshops and laboratories that play a role in preparing students to enter the labor market and familiarize themselves with the equipment related to the field of study. in this article, we discuss the effective role of new technologies in skill training and express the challenges and opportunities of using these technologies in teaching practical and laboratory courses. then we introduce virtual reality, augmented reality, and simulation as the most useful of these technologies and explain the effect of each of these methods in increasing the effectiveness of higher skill training and mention their advantages and challenges. the study of the research conducted in relation to these technologies shows that despite the challenges, by considering the impressive impact of these technologies in improving the quality of education and improving learning in learners and their preparation for the future career, it is possible to address the challenges and consider the benefits, along with regular trainings use these methods as educational aids to improve the level of higher skill trainings.
