تحلیل و بررسی چالش های ایجاد توانمندی در سیستم های تولید چابک در smes

صنایع کوچک و متوسط طیف وسیعی از صنایع را در بر می گیرندکه در اقتصادهای درحال توسعه و توسعه یافته نقش مهمی ایفا می کنند. جهانی سازی صنایع کوچک و متوسط را به سمت رسیدگی به نیازهای رو به تغییر مشتریانشان تحت فشار قرارداده است. در بسیاری از کشورهای نوظهور، صنایع کوچک و متوسط از بزرگ ترین گروه شرکت های تولیدی هستند که کار تولید را انجام می دهند. مسئله اصلی مورد بحث این است که امروزه مشتریان به دنبال محصولاتی با کیفیت بالا و هزینه اندک هستند و تولید چابک با قدرت پاسخگویی و انعطاف پذیری بالا به بهترین نحو به این تقاضای مشتریان پاسخ می گوید. از آنجا که تولید چابک منجر به کاهش هزینه های تولید و افزایش کیفیت محصول می شود لذا این تحقیق و تحقیقات دیگر در زمینه تولید چابک می تواند به شرکت ها دراین راستا کمک شایانی کند. چالش های متعددی برای دستیابی به ویژگی های استراتژی چابکی شناسایی شده اند که بررسی آنها به اجرای کارا و اثربخش پارادایم تولید چابک کمک خواهد کرد. در این مقاله سعی بر آن است تا اهمیت چابکی سازمانها به ویژه سازمانهای تولیدی، جلب رضایت مشتری و... مورد بررسی قرارگیرند. در این راستا اهمیت موضوع، ویژگیها و مفاهیم و محرکه های یک سازمان تولیدی چابک بیان شده اند. پس از آن تجزیه وتحلیل و چالش های توانمندسازی سیستم تولیدچابک بیان شده است و سپس به بررسی نتایج چابک شدن سازمان مبادرت شده است. در پایان نتایج حاصله نشان می دهد که موانع فنی ، مدیریتی ، عدم استقرار مدیریت کیفیت جامع و مقاومت در برابر تغییر مهم ترین چالش های پیاده سازی سیستم تولید چابک هستند و برای استقرار سیستم تولید چابک باید از پیش رو برداشته شوند و به توانمند ساز های سازمان که کارکنان و فناوری شرکت هستند توجه بیشتری شود و مدیریت به آنها توجه خاصی مبذول دارد تا آنها نیز در این مسیر با شرکت همراه و همگام شوند.

analysis and review of empowerment challenges in agile manufacturing systems in smes

small and medium-sized enterprises encompass a wide range of industries that play a significant role in developing and developed economies. globalization has put small and medium-sized industries under pressure to meet the changing needs of their customers. in many emerging countries, small and medium-sized industries are the largest group of manufacturing companies performing the production task. the main issue under discussion is that today customers are looking for high-quality low-cost products, and agile manufacturing best responds to customer demand with high responsiveness and flexibility. as agile production leads to a reduction in production costs and improvement in the quality of products, so the present research and other research on the issue of agile production can help companies to meet this end. numerous challenges have been identified to achieve the features of agility strategy, the study of which will help to implement the agile production paradigm efficiently and effectively. this paper attempts to examine the importance of agility for organizations, especially manufacturing organizations, customer satisfaction, and other related issues. accordingly, the importance of the subject, characteristics and concepts as well as the drivers of an agile manufacturing organization are stated. after that, the analysis and challenges of empowering the agile production system is discussed and then the consequences of making an organization agile are examined. lastly, the results indicate that technical and managerial barriers, lack of comprehensive quality management and resistance to change are the most important challenges of implementing an agile manufacturing system and they must be removed in order to deploy an agile production system and more attention must be given to organization enablers, including the employees and technology of the company, and they should be given a special attention by the management so that they can accompany and keep pace with the company in this direction.
