بررسی راهکارهای ارتقا آموزش مهارت محور مبتنی بر کارآموزی و تاثیر آن بر اشتغال

نیروی کار و صنعت بخشی جدا نشدنی از هر جامعه‌ای است. با پیشرفت تکنولوژی و تغییر سبک زندگی در عصر جدید، نیاز به مهارت و ارتقا آن بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود. مدارس و دانشگاه‌ها امر خطیر آموزش و پرورش را بر عهده دارند. از این رو برای آماده ساختن نیروی کار ماهر برای صنعت و آینده ی کشور، تبیین برنامه‌ای مدوّن و یکپارچه به خصوص در سنین نوجوانی و جوانی لازم است. برنامه تحصیلی می‌بایست بر پایه مهارت بوده و به گونه‌ای باشد که دانشجویان طبق آن برای ورود به بازار کار و صنعت آماده شوند. در طی دهه‌های گذشته در کشورهای مختلف برنامه‌های تحصیلی متنوع و متفاوتی بدین منظور تدوین و اجرا شده است. در این مقاله سعی داریم به تحقیق و مطالعه اثر آموزش مهارت‌محور مبتنی بر کارآموزی در کشورهای مختلف و همچنین راهکارهای ارائه شده در پژوهش‌ها بپردازیم. در نهایت روش‌ها و راهکارهای پیشنهادی نیز بیان شده است.

investigating strategies for improving skill-based education based on internships and its impact on employment

work force and industry are an inseparable part of any society. with the advancement of technology and lifestyle changes in the new era, the need for skill and its improvement is felt more than ever. schools and universities are responsible for the important task of education. therefore, in order to prepare a skilled work force for the industry and the future of the country, it is necessary to explain a codified and integrated program, especially for teenagers and young adults. the educational program should be skill-based and in such a way that students are prepared for entering the job market and industry. during the past decades, various and different programs have been developed and implemented in different countries for this purpose. in this article, we are trying to investigate the effect of skill-based education based on internship, educational programs in different countries, as well as the solutions presented in the researches. finally, the proposed methods and solutions are also stated.
