بررسی نقش میانجی آموزش‌های مهارتی و فناوری‌های نوین در تاثیر فرهنگ کارآفرینی بر توسعه اشتغال رشته هنرهای تجسمی

آموزش‌های مهارتی و فناوری‌های نوین ممکن است به فرد در بهبود مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌های لازم برای ایجاد و توسعه کسب و کارهای خود کمک کند و علاوه بر ترویج فرآیندهای خلاقیت و نوآوری، فرصت‌های شغلی را گسترش دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر فرهنگ کارآفرینی بر توسعه اشتغال رشته هنرهای تجسمی با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی‌گری آموزش‌های مهارتی و فناوری‌های نوین صورت گرفته است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل فارغ التحصیلان رشته هنرهای تجسمی در استان گلستان و حجم نمونه برای جامعه نامحدود و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به تعداد 384 نفر برآورد شده و نمونه‌گیری به روش طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم جامعه بوده است. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه 44 پرسشی محقق‌ساخته بوده که روایی آن به دو روش صوری و سازه و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ تایید شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار amos 22 و به روش الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد فرهنگ کارآفرینی بصورت مستقیم بر توسعه اشتغال رشته هنرهای تجسمی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج دیگر نشان داد آموزش‌های مهارتی و فناوری‌های نوین نقش میانجی در رابطه فرهنگ کارآفرینی و توسعه اشتغال در حوزه هنرهای تجسمی داشته‌اند.

investigating the mediating role of skill training and innovative technologies in the impact of entrepreneurial culture on employment development in the field of visual arts

skill training and innovative technologies may assist individuals in enhancing the skills and capabilities necessary for establishing and developing their own businesses. in addition to promoting processes of creativity and innovation, they can expand job opportunities. the present research aims to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial culture on employment development in the field of visual arts, considering the mediating role of skill training and innovative technologies. this research adopts a descriptive-correlational approach. the research population includes graduates in the field of visual arts in golestan province, and the sample size, estimated at 384 individuals, is selected through proportional stratified sampling from the unlimited population, using the cochran formula. the data collection tool is a 44-item researcher-developed questionnaire, validated for reliability through both form and structure methods, utilizing the cronbach s alpha. data analysis is conducted using amos 22 software and structural equation modeling. the research results indicate that entrepreneurial culture has a direct, positive, and significant impact on the employment development in the field of visual arts. furthermore, other findings demonstrate that skill training and innovative technologies play a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial culture and employment development in the realm of visual arts.
