نقش مهارت در صنعت ساختمان در پایین آمدن خسارات جانی و مالی در زلزله ها

ایران یک کشور لرزه خیز است و جزء ده کشور بلاخیز در جهان می باشد. در زلزله های اخیر در ایران سازه های مختلف شامل سازه های فلزی، بتنی و مصالح بنایی در اثر زلزله دچار آسیب های فراوان شدند و زلزله خسارات مالی و جانی فراوانی ایجاد کرده است. صنعت ساختمان به عنوان یکی از اصلی ترین صنایع در اشتغال و کارآفرینی است که نقش مهارت در آن بسیار پر رنگ می باشد. در این مقاله به نقش مهارت در بالا رفتن کیفیت ساخت و ساز در کشور پرداخته شده است. در این مقاله به نقش مهارت یک کارگر ساده تا مهارت جوشکار، قالب بند، بنا و حتی مهندس در طراحی و اجرای سازه های مختلف پرداخته شده است. در این مقاله زلزله های بم و بروجرد با دقت بررسی شده و با ارائه مستندات میدانی به نقش مهارت در پایین آمدن خسارات مالی و جانی در زلزله ها پرداخته شده است. در این مقاله نقش مهارت در حفظ سرمایه عظیم موجود در صنعت ساختمان ارائه شده است.

the role of skill in the construction industry in reducing human and financial losses in earthquakes

iran is an earthquake-prone country and is one of the top ten earthquake vulnerable countries in the world. in the recent earthquakes in iran, various structures including metal structures, concrete structures and building materials have suffered numerous damages and many financial and human losses due to the earthquakes. the construction industry is of the most effective industries in employment and entrepreneurship in which the role of skills is significant. the present study aims at discussing the role of skills in increasing the quality of construction in iran. the researcher has considered the role of skills of simple workers, welders, molder makers, masons and even engineers in design and implementation of various structures. bam and borujerd earthquakes have also been carefully investigated. the study has been done using field documentation. and, the role of skills in maintaining the huge capital available in the construction industry is also presented.
