بررسی جایگاه آموزش های مهارتی ایران در خاورمیانه

آموزش های مهارتی کلید توسعه پایدار در هر کشور است. تمام کشورهای دنیا به موازات تولید علم به نیروهای کارآمد نیز، نیازمند هستنند و این دو همانند دو بال توسعه عمل می کنند. به همین دلیل فقدان چرخه اقتصاد هر کشوری کمبود نیروی متخصص متناسب با نیازهای اجرایی آن است که البته دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای تربیت و تامین آن را بر عهده دارد. برای فراگیرشدن فرهنگ فنی و حرفه ای وکارآفرینی، باید تغییراتی در سیستم آموزشی و محتوای دروس مدارس و دانشگاه ها داده شود و افرادی در راس امور قرار گیرند که علاقه مند به ایجاد و توسعه فعالیت های تولیدی بوده و شرایط مناسب را برای ظهور کارآفرینان خالق فراهم سازند. در این مقاله سعی شده است نظام آموزش فنی و حرفه ای ایران و کشورهای خاورمیانه که از نظر جغرافیایی به هم نزدیکند و در حوزه اقتصاد و بازار کار تاثیرات بسیاری روی یکدیگر دارند، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد تا با شناسایی و به کارگیری روش های موثر آموزشی در برگزاری دوره های آموزشی مورد نیاز، همچنین تدوین نظام جامع ارزیابی آموزشی و محتوای آن با توجه به ملاک های آموزش و اصلاح و بهسازی برنامه های هنرستان ها و آموزشکده ها، موجبات رشد خلاقیت در دانش آموختگان فراهم شود.

skill training is the key to sustainable development in any country. all the countries of the world need efficient forces along with the production of science, and these two act like two wings of development. for this reason, the lack of the economic cycle of any country is the lack of specialized personnel that are suitable for its executive needs, which, of course, the technical and vocational university is responsible for training and providing. in order to spread the technical and professional culture and entrepreneurship, changes should be made in the educational system and the content of courses in schools and universities, and people who are interested in creating and developing production activities should be placed at the head of affairs and provide suitable conditions for the emergence of creative entrepreneurs. formation in this article, an attempt has been made to examine the technical and vocational education system of iran and middle eastern countries, which are geographically close to each other and have many effects on each other in the field of economy and labor market, in order to identify and apply effective educational methods in conducting the required training courses, as well as formulating a comprehensive system of educational evaluation and its content according to the criteria of education and reforming and improving the programs of conservatories and training schools, to provide the growth of creativity in students.
