بررسی مولفه های موثر در یادگیری الکترونیکی بر مهارت آموزی دانشجویان دانشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در یادگیری الکترونیکی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی تاثیر عوامل مختلف بر مهارت آموزی و میزان آمادگی دانشجویان دانشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای استان چهارمحال و بختیاری برای شرکت در دوره های الکترونیکی شکل گرفته است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است، راهبرد کمی را دنبال می کند و با استفاده از روش میدانی انجام شده است. جامعه مورد بررسی این پژوهش را دانشجویان کاردانی، کارشناسی پیوسته و کارشناسی ناپیوسته آموزشکده های فنی و حرفه ای دختران و پسران در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در نیم سال اول سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 با حجم 610 نفر تشکیل دادند که از این تعداد 236 نفر به عنوان نمونه با استفاده از جدول دمورگان و نمونه گیری ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی پرسش نامه بر اساس نظر سنجی از استادان و متخصصان، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و ضریب پایایی با آزمون تتای ترتیبی در نرم افزار r محاسبه گردید و 0.086 به دست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی آزمون تی و تحلیل استفاده شد. تحلیل نتایج حاصل از بررسی تاثیر عوامل مختلف بر مهارت آموزی و میزان آمادگی دانشجویان دانشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای چهارمحال و بختیاری برای شرکت در یادگیری الکترونیکی حاکی از آن است که میانگین آمادگی دانشجویان از منظر 6 بعد مورد بررسی 3.59 از 5 است که نشان دهنده آمادگی در حد متوسط دانشجویان برای شرکت در یادگیری الکترونیکی است. درنهایت، نتایج نشان داد با فراهم آوری زیرساخت های موردنیاز و برگزاری دوره های آموزشی و تاکید بر اهمیت یادگیری الکترونیکی در عصر حاضر می توانیم در جهت ارتقای آمادگی دانشجویان گام برداریم.

investigating the effective components of e-learning on the skill training of technical and vocational universities' students in chaharmahal and bakhtiari province

the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the effect of various factors on skill learning and the degree of preparation of students of technical and vocational universities of chaharmahal and bakhtiari provinces to participate in e-learning. it has been done using the field method. the studied population of this research was made up of 610 associate, continuous undergraduate and non-continuous undergraduate students of technical and vocational faculty for females and males in chaharmahal and bakhtiari province in the first half of the academic year 1402-1403, of which 236 people were selected as samples by using demorgan table and simple sampling. the data collection tool was a questionnaire made by the researcher, the validity of the questionnaire was investigated based on the survey of professors and experts, and the reliability coefficient was calculated with the ordinal theta test in r software and it was 0.086. in order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics of t-test and analysis were used.the analysis of the results of the study of the effect of various factors on skill training and the level of preparation of students of chaharmahal and bakhtiari technical and vocational universities to participate in e-learning indicates that the average level of preparation of students from the perspective of the 6 dimensions examined is 3.59 out of 5. it shows the average level of readiness of students to participate in e-earning. also, the effect of various factors on students skill training in e-learning was investigated. finally, the results showed that by providing the necessary infrastructure and holding training courses and emphasizing the importance of e-learning in today s era, we can take steps to improve students preparation.
