بررسی نقش توسعه اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش‌های مهارتی

اخلاق حرفه ای یکی از شایستگی های اصلی در دنیای کار است و هدف از پرداختن به آن تربیت نیروی کار ماهر، شناخت جایگاه و پیشرفت آن در مواجهه با چالش ها، اخلاق کاری و مشکلات آن ها در موفقیت های حین کار است. توسعه اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش مهارتی ابزار اساسی‌ است که بهبود کیفیت آموزش را تضمین می‌کند. این توسعه به ارتقاء ارزش‌های اخلاقی، تصمیمات مسئولانه و رفتارهای اخلاقی دانشجویان می‌پردازد. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر بر پایه مطالعه اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مقالات و کتب مرتبط است که در حوزه آموزش مهارتی و مشاغل نوین به چاپ رسیده اند. به منظور بررسی نقش اخلاق حرفه‌ای و آموزش‌های مهارتی در این دو بخش، مطالعه کتابخانه ای در نشریات معتبر و پایگاه های اطلاع‌رسانی sid،magiran ،iranmedex ،ebsco،eric ،francis & taylor انجام شد. همچنین، به برخی کتب فارسی و انگلیسی در حوزه فرایند آموزش، تعلیم و تربیت و اخلاق رجوع گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد آموزش مهارتی با تاکید بر اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای، افراد را به مسئولیت‌پذیری در محیط حرفه‌ای تربیت می‌دهد و آماده می‌کند تا در مواجهه با چالش‌های اخلاقی، تصمیمات بهتری بگیرند. توجه به ترکیب مناسب آموزش‌های نظری و عملی در این زمینه، ارتقاء رفتارهای اخلاقی و تصمیم‌گیری‌های اخلاقی را تسهیل می‌کند. به طور کلی، توسعه اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش مهارتی نقش بسیار مهمی در پیشبرد اهداف آموزشی و اخلاقی در حوزه حرفه‌های مختلف ایفا می‌کند.

examining the role of professional ethics development in skill training

the development of professional ethics in skill training is an essential tool that not only ensures the improvement of the quality of education, but also accelerates the process of forming professionals with professional ethics. this development promotes moral values, responsible decisions, and ethical behaviors of students. the research method in this study is based on documentary and library study. the statistical population of the research includes related articles and books that have been published in the field of skill training and new jobs. in order to investigate the role of professional ethics and skill training in these two sectors, a library study was conducted in reliable publications and information bases of sid, magiran, iranmedex, ebsco, eric, taylor & francis.the results show that skill training, emphasizing the principles of professional ethics, trains people to be responsible in the professional environment and prepare them to make better decisions when faced with ethical challenges. paying attention to the appropriate combination of theoretical and practical training in this field facilitates the promotion of ethical behaviors and ethical decisions. in general, the development of professional ethics in skill training plays a very important role in advancing educational and ethical goals in the field of various professions.
