بررسی روش آموزش دوگانه در آلمان و تحلیل نتایج الگوبرداری اجرای آن در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای (آموزشکده فنی و حرفه ای پسران قم)

فقدان یا کمبود نیروی متخصص و ماهر متناسب، از عواملی است که سالها مانع تحقق واقعی اهداف برنامه­های اقتصادی و اجتماعی بوده و جذب و بکارگیری این نوع نیروها از بحرانی ترین مسائل پیش روی بنگاههای اقتصادی می باشد. در این میان نقش دانشگاه فنی و حرفه­ای به رغم اهداف متعددی که برای آن منظور شده، متوجه تامین و پر کردن خلا نیروهای ماهر و متخصص در بخش میانی بازار کار با نگرش واقع بینانه نسبت به اجرای برنامه­های توسعه در کشور است. یکی از روشهای آموزشی که می توان با الگوبرداری از کشورهای توسعه یافته و بومی سازی آن مدنظر قرار داد، روش آموزش دوگانه است. در این روش آموزشی، دانشجویان قسمت نظری را در دانشکده و عملی را در صنعت می­گذرانند. در بخش اول مقاله روش آموزشی دوگانه در کشور آلمان مورد بررسی و امکان الگوبرداری از آن، در سایر کشورها مدنظر قرار گرفته است. در بخش دوم فعالیت انجام شده در اجرای شیوه آموزشی دوگانه با الگوبرداری از کشور آلمان، که در آموزشکده فنی و حرفه ای پسران قم انجام شد، توضیح داده شده و نتایج برگزاری این دوره آموزشی مورد تحلیل و ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.

investigating the dual education method in germany and analyzing the results of modeling its implementation in technical and vocational university (qom boys technical and vocational college)

the lack or shortage of appropriate specialized and skilled personnel is one of the factors that has hindered the actual realization of the goals of economic and social programs for years, and the recruitment and use of this type of personnel is one of the most critical issues facing economic enterprises. meanwhile, the role of technical and vocational university, in spite of the many goals for which it is intended, is aimed at providing and filling the void of skilled and specialized forces in the middle part of the labor market with a realistic attitude towards the implementation of development programs in the country. one of the educational methods that can be considered by modeling developed countries and localizing it, is the dual education method. in this educational method, students spend the theoretical part in the faculty and the practical part in the industry. in the first part of the article, the dual education method in germany is examined and the possibility of modeling it in other countries is considered. in the second part, the activity carried out in the implementation of the dual educational method modeled after germany, which was carried out in the technical and vocational school for boys in qom, has been explained and the results of this training course have been analyzed and evaluated.
