بررسی میزان اثربخشی آموخته‌های درس کارگاهی فناوری ابزار و ماشین‌های تولید مبلمان در مقطع کاردانی دانشگاه فنی‌وحرفه‌ای با نیازهای صنعت و بازار کار

تاثیرگذاری آموخته‌های فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاهی در اشتغال آنان یکی از مسائلی است که باید به‌صورت جدی به آن پرداخته شود. متاسفانه در کشور ما به دلیل ناموزونی برخی از دروس تخصصی با نیازهای صنعت و بازار کار تعدادی از فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاه‌ها قادر نیستند که از آموخته‌های دانشگاهی‌شان به نحو مطلوبی استفاده کرده و وارد بازار کار شوند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی میزان اثربخشی آموخته‌های درس کارگاهی فناوری ابزار و ماشین‌های تولید مبلمان در مقطع کاردانی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای با نیازهای صنعت و بازار کار فارغ‌التحصیلان این رشته بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، فارغ‌التحصیلان رشته صنایع چوب و مبلمان در دانشکده فنی و حرفه‌ای شهید صدوقی یزد و حجم نمونه‌های موردبررسی بر اساس فرمول کوکران 100 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این مطالعه پرسشنامه بود و ضریب آلفای‌کرونباخ محاسبه‌شده برای این پرسشنامه 875/0 به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که ازنظر فارغ‌التحصیلان این رشته درس فناوری ابزار و ماشین‌های تولید مبلمان تاثیر زیادی در بازار کار و آینده شغلی آنان دارد به‌طوری‌که محتوای این درس با مطالب روز و نیازهای صنعت همخوانی داشته است.

investigating the effectiveness of the lessons learned in the workshop course on the technology of tools and furniture production machines in the associate degree of the technical and vocational university with the needs of the industry and the labor market

the impact of what university graduates have learned on their employment is one of the issues that must be seriously addressed. unfortunately, in our country, due to the mismatch of some specialized courses with the needs of industry and the labor market, a number of university graduates are unable to use their academic knowledge in a good way and enter the job market. the purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of the lessons learned in the workshop on the technology of tools and furniture production machines in the associate level of the technical and vocational university with the needs of the industry and the labor market of the graduates of this field. the statistical population of this research is the graduates of the wood and furniture industry in shaheed sadoughi technical and vocational college, yazd, and the sample size was determined based on cochran s formula of 100 people. the tool of data collection in this study was a questionnaire, and the cronbach s alpha coefficient calculated for this questionnaire was/875. obtained. the results showed that from the point of view of the graduates of this field, the furniture production machine technology course has a great impact on the labor market and their career future, so that the content of this course is consistent with the current content and the needs of the industry.
