بررسی جایگاه اخلاق حرفه ­ای در آموزش ­های مهارتی در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ­ای

این مقاله با هدف بررسی جایگاه اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش‌های مهارتی در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه­ای به رشته تحریر درآمده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته (کمی-کیفی) است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کمی شامل اساتید بود که با تعداد 8 نفر به اشباع رسید. همچنین در بخش کمی از میان دانشجویان رشته کامپیوتر که تعداد آنها 150نفر بود، طبق فرمول کوکران تعداد 112 نفر از دانشجویان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. همچنین ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه، پرسشنامه و روش کتابخانه‌ای بود. نتایج نشان داد تفسیر توصیفی ساده این موضوع این که با وجودی که از نظر پاسخگویان اهمیت و مطلوبیت اخلاق حرفه ­ای در آموزش ­های مهارتی در همه ابعاد آن زیاد و خیلی زیاد ارزیابی گردیده است اما وضعیت چنین مولفه ­ای در عمل از حد متوسط نیز پایین­ تر ارزیابی شده است. همچنین شکاف موجود میان وضعیت جارى اخلاق حرفه ­اى با شرایط مطلوب آنها بر پایه نظرات پاسخگویان در سطح ٩٩ اطمینان درصد معنی­ دار است. با توجه به اینکه کران بالا و پایین هر دو منفی می­باشند، پس می­توان نتیجه گرفت نمرات میانگین وضعیت موجود پایین تر از وضعیت مطلوب می­باشند. ضمناً در بررسی وضعیت این موضوع در خرده مقیاس ­ها مشخص می­گردد که شکاف بین وضعیت ­هاى موجود و مطلوب در بخش توانمندى­ هاى حرفه ­اى و احترام و تعهد نسبت به سازمان بیشتر است.

this article was written with the aim of investigating the position of professional ethics in skill training in skill training in technical and vocational university. this research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed (quantitative-qualitative) in terms of method. the statistical population of the research in the quantitative part included professors, which reached saturation with the number of 8 people. also, in a small part of computer science students whose number was 150, 112 students were studied according to cochran s formula. also, the data collection tool was interview, questionnaire and library method. the results showed that the simple descriptive interpretation of this issue is that despite the fact that the importance and desirability of professional ethics in skill training in all its dimensions has been evaluated very high according to the respondents, but the status of such a component in practice is also lower than average. has been evaluated. also, the existing gap between the current state of professional ethics and their ideal conditions based on the respondents opinions is significant at the 99 percent confidence level. considering that the upper and lower limits are both negative, it can be concluded that the average scores of the existing situation are lower than the desired situation. in addition, in examining the status of this issue in the sub-scales, it is clear that the gap between the existing and desirable situations in the field of professional capabilities and respect and commitment to the organization is greater.
