نقش استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین در آموزش‎های مهارتی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای

فناوری نوین، عبارت است از هرگونه فناوری که برای جمع آوری، ذخیره و پردازش اطلاعات مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. پژوهش حاضر با موضوع بررسی نقش فناوری نوین در توسعه آموزش های مهارت محور در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای پرداخته است. در پژوهش از رویکرد کیفی، با روش پژوهش پدیدار شناسی استفاده شده است که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند ملاک محور تعداد 80 نفر از دانشجویان مقطع کاردانی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای استان تهران بودند، انتخاب و با مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته به بررسی تجارب درک، شناسایی ادراکات و نفش فناوری نویندر دانشگاه، پرداخته شد و از روش تجریه و تحلیل (دسته‌بندی اطلاعات) کلایزی و دستی استفاده شده است و همچنین از نرم افزار spss و smart pls استفاده شده است نتایج بدست آمده نشان داده است که نقش فناوری نوین در دانشگاه‌های جدید به اندازه ای پررنگ است که بسیاری از نظریه‌پردازان سازمان، مدیران و تصمیم گیران سازمان‌ها را به اتخاذ استراتژی مرتبط با این فناوری‌ها در جهت گیری‌های آتی دانشگاه‌ها توصیه می کنند. از قسمت‌های مهم دانشگاه که تحت تاثیر این فناوری قرار خواهد گرفت، منابع انسانی دانشگاه می‌باشد. به طور طبیعی نحوه مدیریت بر نیروهایی که در محیط جدید یعنی محیطی که با فناوری نوین عجین شدن است تحت الشعاع این فناوری قرار خواهد گرفت.

the role of using new technologiesin technical and vocational university skill training

new technology is any technology that is used to collect, store and process information. the present study deals with the topic of investigating the role of navinder technology in the development of skill-based training in technical and vocational universities. in the research, a qualitative approach has been used with a phenomenological research method, which was selected by a criterion-based purposive sampling method of 80 associate degree students of tehran technical and vocational university, and with a semi-structured interview to investigate the experiences of identifying the perceptions and technological innovation of the university was discussed. and the method of experiment and analysis (categorization of information) has been used manually and also spss and smart pls software has been used and the obtained results have shown the role of technology in new universities is so prominent that many organization theorists, managers and decision-makers recommend the adoption of strategies related to these technologies in the future directions of universities. one of the important parts of the university that will be affected by this technology is the human resources of the university. naturally, the way of managing the forces in the new environment, that is, the environment that is integrated with new technology, will be overshadowed by this technology
