تحول دیجیتالی با هوش مصنوعی: ادغام تکنولوژیکی در سیستم‌های تولید انعطاف‌پذیر صنعت 4.0

جهان اکنون در چهارمین انقلاب صنعتی است که به آن صنعت 4.0 (industry 4.0) نیز می گویند. صنعت 4.0 توسط داده ها و فناوری های پیشرفته هدایت می شود و با توسعه فناوری هوش مصنوعی به تدریج با آن یکپارچه می شود. مشخصه ی این انقلاب افزایش اتوماسیون و استفاده از ماشین‌های هوشمند می-باشد که در این میان هوش مصنوعی به عنوان یکی از فناوری های نوین نقش اساسی در آن بازی می کند. از آنجاییکه هوش مصنوعی با استفاده از داده های آگاهانه به تولید کالاها با کارایی بیشتر و بهره‌وری در سراسر زنجیره ارزش کمک می‌کند؛ ضروری است تا با کاربرد این فناوری نوین در صنعت 4.0 بیشتر آشنا شویم. لذا پژوهش مروری حاضر به بررسی نقش هوش مصنوعی در صنعت 4.0 می پردازد. یافته ها نشان می دهد که هوش مصنوعی از داستان های علمی تخیلی بیرون آمده تا به مرز فناوری های در حال تغییر جهان تبدیل شود و با ترکیب با صنعت تحولی بزرگ در صنایع ایجاد کند. از این رو نیاز فوری به توسعه و اجرای سیستماتیک هوش مصنوعی وجود دارد تا تاثیر واقعی آن در نسل بعدی سیستم های صنعتی، یعنی صنعت 4.0 مشاهده شود.

digital transformation with artificial intelligence: technological integration in flexible production systems of industry 4.0

the world is now in the fourth industrial revolution, which is also called industry 4.0. industry 4.0 is driven by data and advanced technologies and is gradually integrated with the development of artificial intelligence technology. the characteristic of this revolution is the increase in automation and the use of smart machines, in which artificial intelligence plays a key role as one of the new technologies. since artificial intelligence helps to produce goods with greater efficiency and productivity throughout the value chain by using informed data; it is necessary to learn more about the application of this new technology in industry 4.0. therefore, the current review research examines the role of artificial intelligence in industry 4.0. the findings show that artificial intelligence has come out of science fiction to become the frontier of world-changing technologies and to create a great transformation in industries by combining with industry. therefore, there is an urgent need for the systematic development and implementation of artificial intelligence to see its real impact in the next generation of industrial systems, i.e. industry 4.0.
