بررسی شاخصه ­های دانشگاه پایدار در دانشگاه مهارتی فنی و حرفه ای ایران

در سال­های اخیر، افزایش فارغ التحصیلان بیکار و عدم یادگیری مهارت­های لازم در فضاهای آموزشی، توجه همگان را به مقوله ی یادگیری مبتنی بر مهارت و کار جلب نموده است. آموزش­ فنی و حرفه­ای حلقه­ ی ارتباطی آموزش و کار در سراسر جهان و شکوفا کننده­ی استعدادهای بالقوه ­ی جوانان در مسیر رسیدن به آینده ­ای درخشان است. در این میان، دانشگاه فنی و حرفه­ ای نقش کلیدی در توسعه و پیشرفت صنعتی کشور و رسیدن به اهداف دانشگاه و جامعه­ ی پایدار در بلند مدت خواهد داشت. در این پژوهش در نظر است تا با شناسایی شاخصه­ های پایداری در دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ­­­ای ایران و لزوم توجه و کاربست این شاخصه ­ها در بخش­ های مختلف، گامی مهم در راستای اهداف توسعه­ ی پایدار (پایداری زیستی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی) برداشت. امید است تا بتوان با ایجاد سیستم‌های یادگیری مادام‌العمر، فراگیر و همچنین با انعطاف پذیری بالا، موجب ارتقا و تکامل مهارت­ها در میان دانشجویان گردیده و از این طریق بتوان به مفهوم توسعه­ ی پایدار در حوزه­ های مربوطه دست یافت.

examining the characteristics of sustainable university in technical and vocational university of iran

in recent years, the increase of unemployed graduates and also, the lack of learning the necessary skills in educational spaces, has drawn everyone s attention to the issue of skill-based learning. technical and vocational trainings are the link between education and work all over the world and it can also develop the potential talents of young people on the way to a bright future. therefore, the technical and vocational university will play a key role in the development of industrial progress and also achieving the goals of the sustainable university and a sustainable society in the long term.in this research, it is intended to take an important step towards the goals of sustainable development by addressing the indicators of sustainability in the technical and vocational university of iran. it is hoped that by creating lifelong, inclusive and also with high flexibility learning systems, the promotion and evolution of skills among students can be provided. in this route, the concept of sustainable development in the relevant fields can be achieved.
