اهمیت یادگیری، مبتنی بر مهارت و تاکید بر فناوری های نوین آموزشی

در این مقاله، به موضوع تقسیم بندی و اهمیت مهارت های آموزشی لازم برای عصر حاضر و نقش مهارت های فناوری اطلاعات در آن پرداخته و تاثیر آن در مهارتهای ارتباطی، اطلاعاتی، محاسباتی، رقابتی، اجتماعی، مشارکتی و آموزشی مورد بحث قرار می دهد. این پژوهش نشان می دهد که ورود فناوری نوین و هوش مصنوعی می تواند یک محیط یادگیری توانمند ایجاد کند و محدودیت های حوزه کتاب و معلم را مورد چالش قرار دهد. از یافته های تحقیق می توان به لزوم استفاده از فناوری نوین آموزشی به عنوان یک وسیله آموزشی در جهت انفرادی کردن آموزش، ایجاد انگیزه در هنرجویان، دوری از تدریس سنتی یکنواخت و قدیمی، بهبود و افزایش کارایی هنرآموزان، افزایش ذخیره لغات و اطلاعات دانش آموزان در جهت انجام تمرینات اضافی و باعث یادگیری بهتر و سریع تر هنرجویان می شود. استفاده از هوش مصنوعی همچنین می تواند با جذابیت فناورانه موجب ایجاد انگیزه مضاعف در یاد گیری هنر آموزان و هنر جویان در جهت اعتلای آموزش فنی و حرفه ای شود.
