تاثیر آموزش های مهارتی در مراکر فنی و حرفه ای بر موفقیت در اشتغال (مطالعه شهرک صنعتی آباده)

در جهان فراصنعتی امروز توسعه به معنی عام بدون توجه به آموزشهای فنی و حرفه ای مفهوم نخواهد داشت. انقلاب علمی _ فنی، انقلابی عمیق و کیفی در نیروهای تولید و از آن جمله در نیروی انسانی و روشهای تولید به وجود آورده است. بر این اساس مطالعه حاضر در یک رویکرد توصیفی-همبستگی به بررسی تاثیر آموزش های مهارتی در مراکر فنی و حرفه ای بر موفقیت در اشتغال پرداخت. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش‌کلیه‌ آموزش‌دیدگان‌ رشته‌ های مختلف‌ صنایع‌ شامل‌ 160 نفر و همچنین کارفرمایان‌ شرکت‌ های تولیدی شهرک‌ صنعتی‌ آباده بود. نمونه‌ آماری تحقیق‌ ‌ 120 نفر از آموزش دیدگان و کارفرمایان45 شرکت‌ فعال‌ شهرک‌ صنعتی آباده‌ که‌ با بخش‌ آموزش‌ در صنایع‌ سازمان‌ فنی‌ و حرفه‌ ای شهرستان آباده همکاری نمودند بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در مطالعه، پرسشنامه ساخت محقق بود که پایایی و روایی آن در حد مطلوب برآورد شد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق آموزش‌ مهارت‌های فنی‌ و حرفه‌ ای منجر به‌ افزایش‌ اشتغال‌ در بخش‌ صنعت‌ نشده‌ است‌. آموزش‌ مهارت‌های فنی‌ و حرفه‌ ای منجر به‌ میزان‌ افزایش‌ موفقیت‌ شغلی‌ آموزش‌ دیدگان‌ می‌ شود. همچنین آموزش‌ مهارت‌های فنی‌ و حرفه‌ ای منجر به‌ میزان‌ افزایش‌ به‌ کارگیری آموزش‌ دیدگان‌ توسط‌ کارفرمایان‌ شده است.

in today s post-industrial world, development in the general sense will not make sense without paying attention to technical and professional training. the scientific-technical revolution has brought about a deep and qualitative revolution in the production forces, including in the human force and production methods. based on this, the present study, in a descriptive-correlation approach, examines the effect of skill training in technical and professional matters. focus on success in employment. the statistical population of the research included 160 people who were trained in various industries, as well as the employers of the manufacturing companies of abadeh industrial town. the statistical sample of the research was 120 people who were trained and employers of 45 active companies in abadeh industrial town, who cooperated with the training department of the technical and professional organization of abadeh. the tool for collecting information in the study was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose reliability and validity were estimated to be optimal. according to the results of the research, the training of technical and professional skills has not led to an increase in employment in the industry sector. the training of technical and professional skills leads to an increase in the job success rate of those trained. also, the training of technical and professional skills has led to an increase in the employment of trained people by employers.
