ارزش گذاری بر فراگیری مهارتها و صنایع

رشد اجتماعی و اقتصادی، هدف غایی تمامی نهادها و ارگان های یک اجتماع است و آموزش و تعلیم، زیر ساختهای لازم جهت نیل به هدف را شکل می دهد. مقاله ی پیش رو یک پژوهش توصیفی است؛ هدف از انجام تحقیق یافتن پاسخ این سوال است: به منظور توسعه ی دیدگاهِ لزومِ آموزش و فراگیری فنون، مهارت ها و هنرهای صناعی چه راهکاری موثرتر است؟ در نهایت این نتیجه حاصل شد: در هر جامعه موضوعاتی ارزشمند و مطلوب است و تحصیل آنها ارزش فردی و اجتماعی اشخاص را ارتقا می بخشد؛ متولیان امور تربیتی کشور، اعم از صاحب نظران، برنامه ریزان آموزشی و... به منظور بهره مندی از نتایج آشکار و پنهان مهارت آموزی فنون و صنایع به صورت موثر و پایدار، باید فراگیری صنایع، فنون و هنرها را جزو امور ارزشی قلمداد نمایند؛ در دراز مدت این ارزش گذاری نهادینه شده و در بستر آماده ی آن می توان به سه مهم دست یافت: اول سوق دادن جوانان به فراگیری مقولات ارزشی، دوم ایجاد بستری مناسب برای آموزش بنیادین نکات فرهنگی و اخلاقی؛ آخرین و مهم ترین نتیجه ی این ارزش گذاری، کسب مهارتی است که منجر به درآمدزایی و اشتغال خواهد شد.

social and economic growth is the ultimate goal of all institutions and organizations of a society, and education forms the necessary infrastructure to achieve the goal. the following article is a descriptive research; the purpose of the research is to find the answer to this question: in order to develop the view of the necessity of education and learning techniques, skills and industrial arts, what is the most effective solution? finally, this result was achieved: in every society, subjects are valuable and desirable, and studying them improves the individual and social value of individuals; the guardians of the country s educational affairs, including experts, educational planners, etc., in order to benefit from the obvious and hidden results of skill training in arts and crafts in an effective and sustainable manner, should consider the learning of arts, crafts, and crafts among valuable things.; in the long term, this valuation is institutionalized and three important things can be achieved in its prepared context: first, to lead the youth to learn value categories, second, to create a suitable platform for the fundamental education of cultural and moral points; the last and most important result of this evaluation is the acquisition of skills that will lead to income generation and employment.
