بررسی توسعه اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش های مهارتی دانشگاه فنی وحرفه ای

مساله اصلی این پژوهش: چگونه می توان اخلاق حرفه ای را درآموزش های مهارتی دانشگاه فنی وحرفه ای توسعه داد؟ مطالعات متعدد در کشورهای توسعه یافته مانند انگلستان، ایالات متحده... در مورد اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش مهارتی در زمینه ها و صنایع مختلف، نشان از نیاز به تحقیقات مداوم در این زمینه برای ادامه بهبود رفتار اخلاقی در بین متخصصان دارد. در این مقاله ضمن تبیین و بررسی اهمیت، ضرورت و فاکتور های موثر، نشان می دهیم توسعه اخلاق حرفه ای نقش مهمی در توسعه آموزش مهارتی با تاثیرگذاری بر نحوه آموزش افراد و نزدیک شدن آنها به انجام وظایف حرفه ای خود کمک بیشتری می کند. روش تحقیق: مطالعه ی حاضر، به صورت کتابخانه ای وتطبیقی در سال 1401 انجام گرفت. با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود به مطالعه از جمله فعالیت مشخص و هدفمند در مورد اخلاق حرفه ای، 5 کشور انگلیس، استرالیا، کانادا، آلمان و آمریکا شرایط ورود به مطالعه را اخذ نمودند. برای تجزیه ی داده ها در این مرحله از جداول مقایسه ای استفاده شد که شامل مقایسه ی ابعادی است. که از مطالعه ی توسعه اخلاق حرفه ای در کشورهای منتخب به دست آمد. توسعه اخلاق حرفه ای عامل مهمی در آموزش مهارتی است. به کارگیری مفهوم اخلاق حرفه ای نیاز به شفاف سازی اطلاعاتی بیشتری جهت عملیاتی شدن دارد و فاکتورهایی نظیر ایجاد ساختارهای نهادینه سازی اخلاق حرفه ای درآموزش مهارتی، در دانشکده ها باید مورد بحث های بیشتر قرار گرفته و بر اساس شرایط کشور بومی سازی گردد.

investigating the dimensions and requirements of professional ethics principles in the skill training

the main problem of this research: how can professional ethics be developed in technical and professional university skill training? numerous studies in developed countries such as england, the united states... about professional ethics in skill training in various fields and industries show the need for continuous research in this field to continue improving ethical behavior among professionals. in this article, while explaining and examining the importance, necessity and effective factors, we show that the development of professional ethics plays an important role in the development of skill training by influencing the way people are trained and getting them closer to fulfilling their professional duties. research method: the present study was carried out in a library and application form in 1401. taking into consideration the criteria for entering the study, including specific and purposeful activity regarding professional ethics, 5 countries, england, australia, canada, germany, and the united states, obtained the conditions for entering the study. in order to analyze the data at this stage, comparative tables were used which include dimensional comparison. which was obtained from the study of the development of professional ethics in selected countries. the development of professional ethics is an important factor in skill training. the application of the concept of professional ethics needs to clarify more information in order to be operationalized, and factors such as the creation of structures for the institutionalization of professional ethics in skill training, in colleges, should be discussed further. taken and localized based on the conditions of the country.
