ارزیابی صحت تناسب و تطابق توان تراکتورها و ماشین‌های کشاورزی موجود در آموزشکده کشاورزی ساری با استفاده از سامانه تصمیم‌یار

یکی از مشکلاتی که مانعی برای اجرای صحیح مکانیزاسیون و بهره‌وری هرچه بیشتر از آن می‌شود، عدم دقت در انتخاب درست و رعایت تناسب تراکتور با تجهیزات زراعی و همچنین تناسب تراکتور و تجهیزات با شرایط مزرعه است. تطابق صحیح تراکتور با ماشین‌های کشاورزی و بالعکس، سبب کارایی موثرتر و افزایش بهره‌وری آن‌ها در بخش‌های مختلف مکانیزاسیون خواهد شد. در این صورت از اتلاف انرژی و سرمایه جلوگیری به عمل خواهد آمد. تناسب و تطابق صحیح تراکتور و ماشین‌های کشاورزی سبب کاهش افت توان، بهبود ظرفیت زراعی عملیات و تاثیر آن، کاهش هزینه عملیات و کاهش استهلاک می‌گردد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی و ارزیابی میزان تناسب و تطابق بین تراکتورها و ماشین‌های کشاورزی موجود در آموزشکده کشاورزی ساری می‌باشد. برای انجام این کار، اطلاعات مورد نیاز وارد سامانه تصمیم‌یار شد و سپس مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد تناسب و تطابق صحیحی بین تراکتورها و ماشین‌های کشاورزی موجود در آموزشکده کشاورزی ساری وجود ندارد. لذا می‌بایست جهت جلوگیری از اتلاف انرژی و سرمایه، در تجهیز و نوسازی کارگاه ماشین‌های کشاورزی این آموزشکده به موضوع تطابق صحیح بین توان تراکتور و ماشین‌ها توجه شود.

one of the problems that hinders the correct implementation of mechanization and its greater productivity is the lack of precision in choosing the correct tractor and agricultural equipment, as well as the suitability of the tractor and equipment with the farm conditions. the correct matching of tractors with agricultural machines and vice versa will cause more effective performance and increase their productivity in different parts of mechanization. in this case, the waste of energy and capital will be prevented. proper fit and matching of tractors and agricultural machines reduce power loss, improves agricultural capacity of operation and its effect, reduces operation cost and reduces depreciation. the purpose of this research is to investigate and evaluate the compatibility between tractors and agricultural machines in sari agricultural college. to do this, the required information was entered into the decision support system and then evaluated. the results showed that there is no correct fit between tractors and agricultural machines in sari agricultural school. therefore, in order to avoid the waste of energy and capital, in equipping and renovating the workshop of agricultural machines of this school, attention should be paid to the issue of correct matching between the power of the tractor and the machines.
