ابعاد آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی فناورانه

اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و کارآفرینی فناورانه برای توسعه کشورها لازم است. لذا توجه به آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی فناورانه مهم است. هدف این مقاله بررسی ابعاد و مولفه‌های آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی فناوری است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل جامع از روش فراترکیب استفاده شده است. با استفاده از روش تحقیق فراترکیب، پس از بررسی ادبیات موضوع و استخراج مقالات مرتبط با رویکرد شناسایی ابعاد آموزش مهارت‌های کارآفرینی فناورانه، تلاش شد در بازه زمانی سال 2000 تا 2023 میلادی، مقالات مرتبط شناسایی و ابعاد مربوط به‌عنوان پژوهش استخراج شود. این مطالعه با چشم‌انداز غنی هفده بعد متمایز را استخراج کرده است و شایستگی‌های کلیدی حیاتی برای کارآفرینان مشتاق را روشن می­کند. این ابعاد شامل: نوآوری و خلاقیت، توسعه مدل کسب‌وکار، توسعه محصول، تحلیل بازار، یکپارچه‌سازی فناوری، حداقل محصول قابل‌پذیرش، مالکیت فکری، ارائه، سواد مالی، مدیریت ریسک، ملاحظات قانونی و مقرراتی، شبکه‌سازی و مشارکت، تیم‌سازی و رهبری، اعتبارسنجی مشتری، تجزیه‌وتحلیل، سازگاری دیدگاه جهانی می‌باشد. درنتیجه مهارت‌های موردنیاز برای کارآفرینی فناورانه شامل ترکیبی از توانایی‌های تجاری و فنی است. این مقاله به‌عنوان راهنمای جامعی برای مربیان و کارآفرینان مشتاق است.

dimensions of teaching technological entrepreneurship skills

knowledge-based economy and technological entrepreneurship are necessary for the development of countries. therefore, it is important to pay attention to the training of technological entrepreneurship skills. the purpose of this article is to investigate the dimensions and components of technological entrepreneurship skills training. for comprehensive analysis, the metacomposite method has been used. using the meta-composite research method, after reviewing the subject literature and extracting related articles with the approach of identifying the dimensions of teaching technological entrepreneurship skills, an attempt was made to identify related articles and extract related dimensions as research in the period of 2000 to 2023 ad. with a rich perspective, this study has extracted seventeen distinct dimensions, elucidating key competencies critical to aspiring entrepreneurs. these dimensions include: innovation and creativity, business model development, product development, market analysis, technology integration, minimum viable product, intellectual property, pitching and presenting, financial literacy, risk management, legal and regulatory considerations, networking and partnerships, team building and leadership, customer validation, data analysis and analytics, global perspective adaptability. as a result, the skills required for technological entrepreneurship include a combination of business and technical abilities. this article is intended as a comprehensive guide for educators and aspiring entrepreneurs.
