ارتباط و ارزیابی رشته های دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای با بازار کار

از آنجایی که آموزش، همواره از جمله مواردی است که با اشتغال رابطه مستقیم داشته است، به همین منظور آموزش رشته های مهارتی به صورت آکادمیک سبب شده است تا به رفع مشکلات ناشی در بازار کار بپردازد و اشتغال‌زایی بر پایه علم و مهارت را در پی داشته باشد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی و ارزیابی وضعیت بازار کار دانشگاه‌های مهارتی و توانمندی حرفه‌ای دانش‌آموختگان رشته‎های دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای نسبت به سایر دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه های غیر مهارتی از دیدگاه دانشجویان، اعضای هیئت علمی، مدرسان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای و مدیران شرکت‌های صنعتی می‎باشد. همچنین راه های بهبود و افزایش کارایی این دانشگاه بررسی شده است. این پژوهش با بهره گیری از روش آماری از 106 نفر به تفکیک صورت گرفته و ابزار گردآوری این تحقیق پرسشنامه ای 16 سوالی است که از روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به صورت کمی و کیفی صورت گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از این نظرسنجی توسط نرم افزار (version 27) spss آنالیز شد و پس از تحلیل و بررسی آن نشان داده است که آموزش‌های دانشگاه فنی و حرفه‌ای زمینه اشتغال پس از تحصیل دانش آموختگان خود را تا حد زیادی فراهم نموده ساخته وکارآفرینی دانش‌آموختگان مهارتی را نسبت به سایر رشته‌های مشابه نظری موفق ارزیابی می‌کنند.

the connection and evaluation of technical and vocational university courses with the labor market

since education is always one of the things that has a direct relationship with employment, for this reason, the training of skill fields in an academic manner has been used to solve the problems caused in the labor market and to create employment based on science and skills. the purpose of this research is to investigate and evaluate the labor market situation of technical and vocational universities and the professional ability of graduates of technical and vocational universities compared to other graduates of non-skilled universities. from the perspective of students, faculty members, lecturers of technical and vocational university and managers of industrial companies. also, ways to improve and increase the efficiency of this university have been investigated. this research was carried out using the statistical method of 106 people separately and the tool for compiling this research is a 16-question questionnaire, which is analyzed in two levels, descriptive statistics and inference, quantitatively and qualitatively. the results of this survey were analyzed by spss software (version 27) and after analyzing it, it has been shown that the trainings of technical and vocational university have provided their graduates with employment opportunities after their studies to a large extent, and the entrepreneurship of the graduates has been improved. compared to other similar fields, they evaluate the theory as successful.
