آینده‌نگری آموزش مهارتها در صنایع شیمیایی؛ چالشها و فرصتها

در این مطالعه چالشها و فرصتهای پیش رو در دهه‌های آینده در صنایع شیمیایی بررسی شد و نقش متخصصین صنایع شیمیایی در بهبود و اصلاح آنها مشخص شد. زمینه‌های تخصصی گسترده‌ای شامل؛ انرژی، محیط زیست، سامانه‌های دارورسانی، زیست فناوری، هوش مصنوعی و مواد پیشرفته جدید در حال توسعه هستند که حضور یک متخصص صنایع شیمیایی برای تجاری‌سازی آنها ضروری است. مهارتهای نرم یا عمومی برای این افراد باید به خوبی آموزش داده شود تا مهارت کار تیمی همراه با قدرت تجزیه و تحلیل و درک مطالب جدید در سطح بالایی باشد و البته موضوعات بین رشته‌ای متعدد نشان می‌دهد که دانش کافی در این زمینه‌ها لازم است و به نظر نمی‌رسد در طی دوران تحصیل دانشگاهیی بتوان تمامی این موضوعات را آموزش داد اما تمایل به حل چالش و آموختن مطالب جدید به شکل خود آموز، باید به عنوان یک مهارت در حین تحصیل به صورت تجربی آموخته شود.

in this study, the challenges and opportunities ahead in the coming decades in the chemical industry were investigated and the role of chemical industry experts in their improvement and correction was determined. extensive specialized fields including; energy, environment, drug delivery systems, biotechnology, artificial intelligence and new advanced materials are being developed, and the presence of a chemical industry expert is necessary for their commercialization. soft or general skills for these people should be well taught so that teamwork skills along with the ability to analyze and understand new materials are strong, and of course, many interdisciplinary subjects show that sufficient knowledge in these fields is required and it does not seem to be in all these subjects can be taught during education, but the desire to solve challenges and learn new things in a self-taught way should be learned as a skill during education.
