کاربردها و چالش های هوش مصنوعی در اشتغال و کارآفرینی

هوش مصنوعی یا ai یک علم (science) یا مهندسی (engineering) برای شبیه سازی فرآیندهای پردازشی هوش انسان توسط ماشین‌ها، خصوصا سیستم‌های کامپیوتری است. از هوش مصنوعی برای توسعه تکنیک‌ها، فرآیندها و روش‌های دیگری نظیر سیستم‌های خبره (expert systems)، یادگیری ماشینی (machine learning)، یادگیری عمیق (deep learning)، رباتیک (robotics)، پردازش زبان‌های طبیعی (natural language processing)، تشخیص گفتار (speech recognition)، دید ماشینی (machine vision) و دیگر موارد استفاده می‌شود. علاوه بر این، هوش مصنوعی در حوزه‌های مختلفی از جمله سلامت و پزشکی، کسب‌وکار، آموزش، امور مالی، حقوق، سرگرمی و رسانه، امنیت، بلاک چین و ارز دیجیتال و دیگر صنایع کاربرد داردهدف از مقاله پیش رو مطالعه هوش مصنوعی و سیستم های خبره از انواع هوش مصنوعی و کاربرد آن در علوم مختلف می باشد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بر این نکته حکایت دارد که سیستم های خبره برای حل مسائلی به کار می روند که الگوریتمی خاص یا دانشی صریح برای حل آن مسئله وجود ندارد. از مزایای سیستم های خبره نیز بر اساس مطالعات می توان به افزایش قابلیت دسترسی، دائمی بودن، تجربیات چندگانه، افزایش قابلیت اطمینان، جواب سریع، پایگاه تجربه، آموزش کاربر و سهولت انتقال دانش اشاره کرد. همچنین مطالعات نشان می دهند که سیستم خبره نسبت به یک کارشناس انسانی، تصمیم گیرندة بهتری خواهد بود؛ زیرا چنین سیستمی توانایی نگهداری و بازیابی داده های واقعی را داشته و به وسیلة احساسات و تمایلات خشونت آمیز مشوش نمی شود و نکته شایان ذکر اینکه سیستم های خبره می بایست تنها در مقام مشورتی استفاده شوند و مدیران به هنگام استفاده از آنها در تصمیم گیری، نباید خود را از مسئولیت های اخلاقی و قانونی پیش رو تبرئه کنند.

artificial intelligence is a combination of computer science, physiology, philosophy, mathematics, statistics and linguistics that tries to simulate human characteristics through computer systems. artificial intelligence can be defined as a set of new analytical tools that try to simulate life. today, artificial intelligence is used in all scientific fields in a way that artificial intelligence has been able to. create a huge transformation in human life in the 21st century. the purpose of the upcoming article is to study artificial intelligence and expert systems of different types of artificial intelligence and its application in different sciences. the results of the present research indicate that expert systems are used to solve problems for which there is no specific algorithm or explicit knowledge to solve that problem. among the advantages of expert systems, based on studies, we can mention increasing accessibility, permanence, multiple experiences, increasing reliability, quick response, experience base, user training and ease of knowledge transfer. also, studies show that the expert system will be a better decision maker than a human expert; because such a system has the ability to store and retrieve real data and is not confused by violent feelings and tendencies, and it is worth noting that expert systems should be used only in a consultative capacity and managers, when using them in decision-making, they should not absolve themselves from their moral and legal responsibilities
