عبور از دره مرگ مهارت: تبیین چرایی عدم انتقال مهارت دانش آموختگان دانشگاهی به محیط کار

هدف این مطالعه درک عواملی است که بر انتقال مهارت از کلاس درس دانشگاه به محل کار تاثیر می گذارد. به عبارتی به بررسی چالش انتقال مهارت کسب شده فارغ التحصیلان در هنگام انتقال از دانشگاه به محل کار می پردازد و به دنبال تبیین دلایل عدم امکان بکارگیری مهارت آموخته شده در محیط کار است. در این راستا، به مفهوم پردازی «دره مرگ مهارت» پرداخته و با تاءسی از وجود مفهومی مشابه در حوزه نوآوری، به تعمیم آن در حوزه آموزش مهارتی پرداخته و به چگونگی گذر از دره مرگ نظرداشته است. روش تحقیق، از لحاظ هدف، اسنادی و از لحاظ روش مرور سیستماتیک است. یافته ها نشان داد که گرفتارشدن در دره مرگ مهارت می تواند از سه جنبه «عوامل»، «ابعاد» و «پیامدها» مورد توجه قرار گیرد. همچنین انتقال مهارت تابعی از عواملی از قبیل ویژگی‌های یادگیرنده، برنامه و محل کار است. ابعاد دره مرگ مهارت نیز شامل دو مفهوم « امکان» و « فرصت» بکارگیری مهارت در محیط کار است. عدم اثربخشی آموزش مهارتی، عدم بهره وری سرمایه گذاری در آموزش و رویگردانی کارفرمایان از استخدام دانش آموختگان و روی آوردن به پدیده « استخدام بدون مدرک» از پیامدهای جدی غلتیدن در دره مرگ مهارت خواهد بود.

crossing the skill valley of death: explaining why the skills of university graduates are not transferred to the workplace

the purpose of study is to understand the factors influence the transfer of skills from the university classroom to the workplace. in other words, it examines the challenge of transferring the acquired skills of graduates when transferring from the university to the workplace and seeks to explain the reasons for the impossibility of applying the learned skills in the workplace. in this regard, we conceptualized the valley of death of skill and, considering the existence of a similar concept in the field of innovation, extended it to the skill training and commented on how to cross through the valley of death. the research method is documentary in terms of purpose and systematic review in terms of method. the findings showed that getting caught in the skill valley of death can be considered from three aspects: factors , dimensions and consequences . also, skill transfer is a function of factors such as learner characteristics, program and workplace. the dimensions of skill valley of death also include the two concepts of possibility and opportunity to use skills in the workplace. the ineffectiveness of training, the lack of efficiency of investment and the turning away of employers from hiring graduates and turning to the phenomenon of hiring without degree will be serious consequences of falling into the valley of death of skill.
