بررسی سیستم آموزشی مهارتی در پنج قاره جهان

در دنیای امروزی، رشد و توسعه کشورها بدون توجه به آموزش و نظام های آموزشی بخصوص آموزش های مهارت محور بیهوده بوده و معنایی نخواهد داشت. با توجه به رشد تکنولوژی، نیاز به مهارت در افراد نیز بیشتر حس شده و دیگر دانش صرفاً راه گشا نمی باشد و تکنولوژی، آموزش های مهارتی و توسعه به عنوان سه رکن اصلی ترقی هر جامعه ای محسوب می شود. تغییر و تحول در سیستم آموزشی از سنت گرایانه به مهارت محور باید منجر به پرورش نیروهای ماهر جهت پر کردن خلا این مهارت ها در صنعت و تجارت گردد و البته برای فراگیر شدن فرهنگ مهارت پروری به جای مدرک گرایی باید برنامه های دقیق در نظر گرفت. تهیه و اجرای این برنامه ها می تواند با مقایسه مدل های سیستم های آموزشی مهارتی در کشورهای مختلف جهان مورد بررسی قرار گیرد چراکه با شناسایی روش های موثر آموزش های مهارتی می توان پایه های نظام جامع آموزش های مهارتی را برای کشورمان به امغان آوریم. در این مقاله به بررسی مختصر سیستم های آموزشی مهارتی در هر یک از قاره های جهان یعنی مالزی، فنلاند، افریقای جنوبی، ایالات متحده امریکا و نیوزلند پرداخته و با نیم نگاهی به ایران به نتیجه گیری در خصوص این سیستم های آموزشی می پردازیم.

in today s world, the growth and development of countries without paying attention to education and educational systems, especially skill-based education, will be meaningless and meaningless. due to the growth of technology, the need for skills in people is felt more and knowledge is no longer the only solution, and technology, skill training and development are considered as the three main pillars of the development of any society. the change and transformation in the education system from traditional to skill-oriented should lead to the cultivation of skilled workers to fill the gap of these skills in industry and trade, and of course, for the spread of the culture of skill-building instead of degree-oriented, detailed plans should be considered. the preparation and implementation of these programs can be examined by comparing the models of skill training systems in different countries of the world, because by identifying the effective methods of skill training, we can establish the foundations of a comprehensive system of skill training for our country. in this article, we will briefly review skill education systems in each of the world s continents, namely malaysia, finland, south africa, the united states of america, and new zealand, and draw conclusions about these education systems with a glimpse of iran.
