تربیت معلم و تلفیق فناوری در کلاس درس مبتنی بر دو الگوی sqd ،tpack

برای استفاده موثر معلمان از فناوری و تلفیق آن درآموزش و تدریس، آنها نیازمند دانستن نحوه شکل دهی فعالیتهای آموزشی هستند که در آن دانش فناوری، دانش پداگوژیک و دانش محتوایی به شکل موثری با هم یکپارچه شوند. بنابراین لازمه رسیدن به این هدف گنجاندن برنامه های آموزشی اثربخش دردوره های رشد حرفه ای معلمان شاغل و تربیت معلمان آینده است و مدل های مختلفی برای رسیدن به این هدف طراحی شده است. این مطالعه از نوع پژوهش‌های مروری است و هدف اصلی آن تاکید بر توانمندسازی معلمان پیش از خدمت در زمینه تلفیق فناوری درآموزش به عنوان یک صلاحیت حرفه ای مهم از طریق کاربرد عملی الگوها و چارچوب های شناخته شده در این زمینه است. در ادبیات موضوع به الگوها و چارچوب‌های نظری بیشماری برای این تلفیق اشاره شده است.چارچوبtpack انواع دانش مورد نیاز معلمان برای تلفیق موفقیت آمیز فناوری در آموزش را ارائه می‌دهد. در این مطالعه راهبردهای توسعه tpack در قالب الگوی sqd توضیح داده شده است. یافته های پژوهشی از اثربخشی این برنامه ها حمایت می‌کنند.

for effective use of technology by teachers and integration in instruction and teaching they need to know how to form educational activities in which technological knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, and content knowledge are effectively integrated together. therefore, it is necessary to achieve this goal by including effective educational models in the professional development courses of working teachers and the training of future teachers. this study is a type of systematic review research and its main purpose is to emphasize the empowerment of pre-service teachers in the field of integrating technology in education as an important professional competency through the practical application of well-known models and frameworks in this field. in the literature of the subject, numerous models and theoretical frameworks have been mentioned for this integration. the tpack framework provides the types of knowledge needed by teachers for the successful integration of technology in education. in this study, tpack development strategies are explained in the form of sqd model. research findings support the effectiveness of these programs.
