بررسی اصول اخلاق حرفهای معلم در آموزش مجازی از منظر صحیفۀ سجادیه

اخلاق حرفه‌ای نقشی کلیدی و همه جانبهای در توسعه جوامع و بازتولید عقاید مذهبی ایفا میکند. این نقش در آموزش مجازی به سبب گستردگی و تازگی این فضا بسیار حائز اهمیت است. در صحیفۀ سجادیه اصول و آموزه‌های فراوانی را در خصوص رعایت اخلاق در ساحت معلمی وجود دارد که بخش عمدهای آن را در حوزۀ آموزش مجازی می‌یابیم. امام سجاد(ع) در برخورد با افراد گوناگون، در هر زمانی برای تعلیم و تربیت آنها رفتار خاصی را انجام می‌دادند؛ که با مطالعه دقیق در آثار ایشان، می‌توان آن رفتارها را به عنوان اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلم در آموزش مجازی شناسایی کرد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر، با همین هدف، به بررسی و واکاوی اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلم در آموزش مجازی از منظر صحیفۀ سجادیه پرداخته است و با روش کتابخانه‌ای، داده‌های مرتبط با موضوع گردآوری شده و ضمن بررسی داده‌های، با استفاده از تحلیل اسنادی، به شناسایی اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلم در آموزش مجازی از منظر صحیفۀ سجادیه پرداخته‌ شد و هشت اصل شناسایی گردید که عبارتند از: اصل یادآوری، اصل حرمت، اصل تشویق، اصل تفضل، اصل نیکی در برابر بدی، اصل نیک‌اندیشی ، اصل عذیرپذریری و عیب‌پویی و اصل موعظه.

investigating the ethical principles of the teacher's profession in virtual education from the perspective of safiha sajjadiyeh

professional ethics play a key and comprehensive role in the development of societies and the reproduction of religious beliefs. this role in virtual education is very important due to the wideness and novelty of this space. in the book of sajjadiyeh, there are many principles and teachings regarding the observance of ethics in the field of a teacher, most of which we find in the field of virtual education. imam sajjad (a.s.) in dealing with different people, at any time, used a special behavior to educate them; by carefully studying his works, those behaviors can be identified as the principles of teacher s professional ethics in virtual education. therefore, the present research, with the same purpose, has investigated and analyzed the professional ethics of the teacher in virtual education from the perspective of the book of sajjadiyeh, and with the library method, data related to the subject has been collected and while examining the data, using document analysis, the principles of teacher s professional ethics were identified in virtual education from the perspective of sajjadiyeh and eight principles were identified, which are: the principle of reminder, the principle of respect, the principle of encouragement, the principle of kindness, the principle of goodness against evil, the principle of good thinking, the principle of azirpazariri and covering faults and the principle of preaching
