تجارب معلمان و دانش آموزان از یادگیری الکترونیکی در پداگوژی و در دوران کرونا (مورد مطالعه: مدارس دخترانه دوره دوم ابتدایی شهر تویسرکان)

چکیدههدف این پژوهش، بررسی تجربه زیسته معلمان و دانش‎ آموزان دختر مدارس ابتدایی دوره دوم شهر تویسرکان از یادگیری الکترونیکی در دوران کرونا بود. پژوهش حاضر، از نوع مطالعه ، از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را معلمان و دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم ابتدایی مدارس شهرتویسرکان درسال 1401-1400 تشکیل داده . با‎توجه به این نظر کلیه معلمان در این پژوهش حائز اهمیت بود، لذا کل جامعه معلمان یعنی 57 نفر، در نمونه آماری لحاظ و از کل 500 نفر دانش‎آموز طبق جدول حجم نمونه مورگان، 217 نفر از آن‎ها در حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. باتوجه به محدودیت های سطح کشور به ویژه استان همدان شهر تویسرکان در دوران کرونا عدم دسترسی لازم جهت مصاحبه حضوری با آزمودنی ها، پرسشنامه و چک لیست محقق ساخته، که شامل 2 پرسشنامه 2 فرم چک لیست بود، به صورت مجازی و غیرحضوری، بین آن ها توزیع شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش آماری و استنباطی مجذور خی μ2 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد از نظر معلمان و دانش آموزان استفاده از آموزش الکترونیکی در دوران کرونا موجب بهبود فرآیند یاددهی-یادگیری در فرآیند تدریس از آموزش الکترونیکی در دوران کرونا موثر بوده. هم چنین میزان دانش و مهارت رایانه ای معلمان و دانش آموزان مطلوب و وضعیت تجهیزات و امکانات سخت‎ افزاری موجود و مطلوب در آموزش الکترونیکی در نظر گرفته شد. در آخر راه کارهای بهبود آموزش الکترونیکی از طرف هر دو گروه بیان گردید.

teachers 'and students' lived experience of e-learning in pedagogy the corona era (case study: girls' primary schools in toysrkan

the purpose of this study was to investigate the lived experience of teachers and female students of primary schools in the second year of toysrkan city from e-learning during the corona. the present study was a study in terms of purpose, applied and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. the statistical population of this study consisted of all female teachers and students of the second grade of primary schools in toysrkan in 1400-1401. considering that the opinion of all teachers in this study was important, so the total number of teachers, ie 57 people, in the statistical sample and out of a total of 500 students according to morgan sample size table, 217 of them in the volume samples were considered. due to the limitations of the country, especially the city of hamedan province and the city of toysrkan during the corona period and the lack of access to face-to-face interviews with the subjects, a questionnaire and checklist were made by the researcher, which included 2 questionnaires and 2 checklist forms, virtually and in absentia. , was distributed among them. data were analyzed using chi-square μ2 statistical and inferential methods. findings of the study showed that in the opinion of teachers and students, the use of e-learning during the corona has improved the teaching-learning process and has been effective in the teaching process of e-learning during the corona. also, the level of computer knowledge and skills of teachers and students and the status of existing and desirable equipment and hardware facilities in e-learning were considered. finally, strategies to improve e-learning were expressed by both groups.
