مطالعه ای بر کاربرد فناوری و تکنولوژی در توانمندسازی اساتید و معلمان

امروزه یادگیری الکترونیک جایگاه ویژه‌ای در آموزش بشر دارد. اگرچه معلمان کاربران اصلی فناوری در آموزش هستند، اما زیرساخت‌های مورد نیاز و ماهیت دروس نیز جایگاه ویژه‌ای در بهره‌مندی اساتید از این امکان آموزشی دارند. با توجه به رشد سریع تکنولوژی و فناوری های جدید در جهان سازمان های امروزی برای توسعه و بقا نیاز به همسو شدن با سرعت تغییرو تحولات جامعه دارند. از آنجا که نیروی انسانی آموزش دیده یکی از مهمترین نهاده‌های اقتصاد در هر کشوری است و به ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه که با کمبود سرمایه های مادی مواجه هستند اهمیت خاصی دارد و نیز آموزش و پرورش به عنوان مولفه ای تاثیرگذار در اداره آینده کشور، فرصت هایی بی بدیل برای کشورهای در حال توسعه پدید آورده است. بنابرین فناوری اطلاعات را می توان به عنوان ابزاری نیرومند برای ارتقای کیفیت و کارایی آموزش مورد استفاده قرار داد. پژوهش های گذشته نشان می دهد که استفاده از تکنولوژی آموزشی به افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی و توانمند شدن جامعه مذکور منجر می گردد و توسعه و بقا سازمان آموزش و پرورش را تضمین می کند.پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی بوده و روش انجام آن توصیفی – تحلیلی است که به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات مرتبط منابع مختلف گردآوری و مطالعه گردیده و با روش فیش برداری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. هدف ما بررسی نقش و کاربرد تکنولوژی آموزشی به خصوص فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در توانمند سازی جامعه آموزش و پرورش می باشد.

a study on the use of technology and technology in empowering professors and teachers

today, electronic learning has a special place in human education. although teachers are the main users of technology in education, the required infrastructure and the nature of the courses also have a special place in the teachers use of this educational possibility. due to the rapid growth of technology and new technologies in the world, today s organizations need to be aligned with the speed of changes and transformations of society in order to develop and survive. we know that the path of development and progress of any society goes through education, so empowering teachers as the most key axis in the human resources of the education organization is essential. empowering the education community includes managers, staff, teachers, students and their parents. since the trained human force is one of the most important inputs of the economy in any country, and especially in developing countries that are facing a shortage of material capital, it is of particular importance, and education as an influential component in the future administration of the country. it has created unique opportunities for developing countries. therefore, information technology can be used as a powerful tool to improve the quality and efficiency of education. past researches show that the use of educational technology leads to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness and empowerment of the said society and guarantees the development and survival of the educational organization. the current research is of a qualitative type and its method is descriptive and analytical is that in order to gather relevant information, various sources have been collected and studied and analyzed with the method of taking a survey. our goal is to examine the role and application of educational technology, especially information and communication technology, in empowering the education community
