واکاوی چالش های آموزش الکترونیکی در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی چالش‌های آموزش الکترونیکی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی انجام پذیرفت. این پژوهش، یک پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا از نوع مقوله‌بندی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را اساتید وکارشناسان بخش یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی سطح شهر تهران تشکیل دادند که از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند برای انتخاب آنها استفاده شد و تعداد « 8 نفر» به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش نیز مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. برای تحلیل یافته‌های حاصل از مصاحبه نیز از روش تحلیل محتوا به شیوه مقوله بندی استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بیشترین آسیب نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی مربوط به عامل آموزشی و کمترین آسیب مربوط به عامل ارزشیابی می‌باشد. بنابراین با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی به عنوان یک نظام نوین در عرصه آموزش و یادگیری، دارای آسیب‌های متعددی است و دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی باید سعی کنند تا با شناسایی آسیب‌های هر بخش نظام یادگیری الکترونیکی، نسبت به رفع آسیب‌ها اقدام نمایند و زمینه پیشرفت این نوع آموزش در علوم پزشکی را فراهم نمایند.

the present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the challenges of e-learning in universities of medical sciences. this research is a qualitative research with a content analysis approach of categorization type. the statistical population of the research was made up of the professors and experts of the e-learning department of medical sciences universities in tehran, and the purposeful sampling method was used to select them, and 8 people were selected as the research sample. the research tool was a semi-structured interview. to analyze the findings from the interview, the method of content analysis was used by categorization. the findings of the research showed that the most damage to the electronic learning system of medical sciences universities is related to the educational factor and the least damage is related to the evaluation factor. therefore, according to the findings of the research, the electronic learning system of medical sciences universities, as a new system in the field of education and learning, has many disadvantages and medical sciences universities should try to identify the disadvantages of each the e-learning system should take action to remedy the damage and provide the basis for the advancement of this type of education in medical sciences.
