تاثیرات آموزش به شیوه مجازی در دوران کرونا در گسترش اعتیاد به فضای مجازی و بازی‌های اینترنتی بین نوجوانان و جوانان: مطالعه مروری

با ظهور ویروس کرونا، زندگی و سلامت میلیون ها انسان مورد تهدید قرار گرفته است. این بیماری همه‌گیر نه تنها میزان بالای مرگ و میر ناشی از عفونت ویروسی را به همراه دارد، بلکه باعث فاجعة روانی در کل نقاط جهان شده است. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسی تاثیرات آموزش به شیوه مجازی در دوران کرونا در گسترش اعتیاد به فضای مجازی و بازی‌های اینترنتی بین نوجوانان و جوانان صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعه مروری (کتابخانه ای) است و مطالب جمع آوری شده برگرفته از سایت‌های پژوهشی مختلف فارسی و لاتین همچون اس آی دی، ساینس دایرکت، اسکوپوس، مگیران، گوگل اسکالر، پورتال علوم انسانی و پایان نامه های دانشگاهی می باشد. پژوهش‌های انجام گرفته شده نشان داده است استفاده بیش از حد از فضای مجازی نقش منفی در سبک زندگی ارتقادهنده سلامت نوجوانان و جوانان ایفا می‌کند. همچنین استفاده بیش از حد و بسیار کم از فضای مجازی نیز اضطراب افراد را بالا می‌برد. از آنجا که در دوران کرونا آموزش های تحصیلی کلا به صورت مجازی است بر همین اساس افراد بیشتر در فضای مجازی حضور دارند و همین عامل باعث اعتیاد به اینترنت آنها می شود. با توجه به اینکه اکنون شرایط شیوع ویروس کرونا به گونه‌ای است که بازی‌های واقعی به خصوص بازی‌های گروهی کودکان و نوجوانان را محدود کرده است، در نتیجه با شرایط کنونی به سمت بازی‌های رایانه‌ای و آنلاین می‌روند و فعالیت بیش از اندازه نوجوانان باعث اعتیاد به آن و به دنیاله آن نوجوانان دچار عوارض روانشناختی می‌شوند.

the effects of virtual education in the corona era on the spread of addiction to virtual space and internet games among teenagers and young people: a review study

with the emergence of the corona virus, the life and health of millions of people have been threatened. this pandemic has not only resulted in a high rate of death due to viral infection, but has also caused a psychological disaster in the entire world. based on this, the present study tried to investigate the effects of virtual education in the era of corona in the spread of addiction to virtual space and internet games among teenagers and young people. the current research method is a review (library) study and the collected materials are taken from various persian and latin research sites such as sid, science direct, scopus, maghiran, google scholar, humanities portal and university theses. . the conducted researches have shown that excessive use of virtual space plays a negative role in the health-promoting lifestyle of teenagers and young people. also, too much and too little use of virtual space also increases people s anxiety. since in the era of corona, educational training is completely virtual, therefore, more people are present in virtual space, and this factor causes their addiction to the internet. considering that now the conditions of the spread of the corona virus are such that it has limited real games, especially group games for children and teenagers, as a result, with the current conditions, they go to computer and online games, and the excessive activity of teenagers causes addiction to it and because of that, teenagers suffer from psychological complications
