بررسی نگرش دبیران نسبت به تاثیر آموزش آنلاین در یادگیری دانش‌آموزان؛ مطالعه موردی: مدارس متوسطه دوم شهرستان محمودآباد

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی نگرش دبیران نسبت به تاثیر آموزش آنلاین در یادگیری دانش-آموزان در دوران کرونا بوده است. تحقیق حاضر از بُعد هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی است. شیوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای است و گردآوری داده ها براساس پرسشنامه بوده است. برای بررسی نگرش دبیران نسبت به تاثیر آموزش آنلاین در یادگیری دانش آموزان از پرسشنامه 27 سوالی شامل 10 سوال در حیطه شناختی، 11 سوال در حیطه عاطفی و 6 سوال در حیطه روانی-حرکتی استفاده شد و روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری شامل تمام دبیران متوسطه دوم شهرستان محمودآباد است که از طریق نمونه گیری شخصی، 100 نفر از دبیران متوسطه دوم به عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین شده است. به منظور تحلیل و استنتاج پرسشنامه ها، از آزمون های تی تک نمونه ای با ارزش آزمون 2.5، تی مستقل، anova و tukey استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد یادگیری آنلاین از منظر دبیران، اثربخشی مطلوبی داشته است. بررسی وجود تفاوت نگرش نسبت به اثربخشی یادگیری میان دبیران مرد و زن، نشان داد که تنها در حیطه رفتاری، تفاوت معناداری میان دبیران مرد و زن وجود ندارد (1.937-=t) و در حیطه های شناختی و عاطفی و کلی (هر سه حیطه)، میانگین دبیران زن در برآورد اثربخشی یادگیری آنلاین بیشتر است؛ همچنین دبیران با سابقه تدریس بین 10 الی 19 سال، نسبت به سایر پاسخگویان، دارای میانگین کمتری در برآورد اثربخش بودن یادگیری آنلاین بوده اند.

investigating teachers' attitudes about the effect of online education on students' learning; case study: secondary schools of mahmoudabad city

the outbreak of the covid-19 disease had led to the closure of schools around the world. in such a situation, education has changed dramatically, whereby education is done remotely and on digital platforms. currently, considering the reopening of schools and the resumption of face-to-face teaching in the post-corona era, the purpose of this research was to investigate the attitude of teachers towards the effect of online education on students learning in the corona era. the current research is applied in terms of objective and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. the method of collecting information is in the form of a library and the data collection was based on a questionnaire. to investigate the teachers attitude towards the effect of online education on students learning, a 27-question questionnaire including 10 questions in the cognitive field, 11 questions in the emotional field, and 6 questions in the psychomotor field was used, and its validity and reliability have been confirmed. the statistical population includes all secondary school teachers of mahmoudabad city, and through personal sampling, 100 secondary school teachers have been determined as the sample size. in order to analyze and conclude the questionnaires, one-sample t-tests with a test value of 2.5, independent t, anova and tukey were used. the findings of the research showed that online learning has had a favorable effect from the teachers point of view. examining the difference in attitude towards the effectiveness of learning between male and female teachers showed that only in the behavioral field, there is no significant difference between male and female teachers (t=-1.937) and in the cognitive, emotional and general fields (all three fields), the average of female teachers in estimating the effectiveness of online learning is higher; also, teachers with teaching experience between 10 and 19 years, compared to other respondents, had a lower average in estimating the effectiveness of online learning.
