بررسی پیامدهای فناوری بر توسعه حرفهای معلمان شهر مراغه در دوره کرونا

دوره کرونا موجب تاثیرات زیادی بر زندگی بشر شد و از جمله آنها افزایش نفوذ فناوری بر زندگی بشر بود. در همه جنبه های زندگی بشر در این دوره فناوری توانست جایگاه خود را تحکیم ببخشد و به بخشی جدایی ناپذیر از زندگی انسانها تبدیل شود. آموزش تا حدود زیادی بر بستر فناوری قرار گرفت و بسیاری از کشورها مجبور شدند مدارس را ببندند و از روش مجازی برای ادامه آموزش استفاده کنند. معلمین از جمله اقشاری بودند که به ناچار به استفاده از فناوری روی آوردند و حتی معلمین که آشنایی زیادی با استفاده از فناوری نداشتند مجبور شدند قدم بهسوی آن بردارند. از این رو هدف از این تحقیق بررسی پیامدهای فناوری بر توسعه حرفهای معلمان شهر مراغه در دوره کرونا است. روش تحقیق پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری معلمان شهر مراغه میباشند. روش گردوار اطلاعات میدانی با استفاده از پرسشنامه است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده از فناوری در دوره کرونا تاثیر بالایی بر روی توسعه حرفهای معلمین داشته است. میتوان نتیجه گرفت که دانش، مهارت، نگرش و ویژگیهای شخصیتی معلمان تحت تاثیر فناوری در دوره کرونا قرار گرفته است.

investigating the consequences of technology on the professional development of teachers in maragheh during the corona period

the corona period caused many effects on human life, and among them was the increase in the influence of technology on human life. in all aspects of human life in this period, technology was able to consolidate its position and become an integral part of human life. education has largely been placed on the platform of technology and many countries have had to close schools and use the virtual method to continue education. teachers were among the classes that inevitably turned to using technology and even teachers who were not familiar with using technology had to step towards it. therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the consequences of technology on the professional development of teachers in maragheh during the corona period. the research method is a survey and the statistical population is the teachers of maragheh city. the method of gathering field information is using a questionnaire. the research findings showed that the use of technology during the corona period had a high impact on the professional development of teachers. it can be concluded that the knowledge, skills, attitudes and personality traits of teachers have been affected by technology during the corona period.
