بررسی تجربه زیسته دانشجو معلمان از کاربرد فناوری در آموزش مجازی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تجارب زیسته دانشجو معلمان از کاربرد فناوری در آموزش مجازی است. به همین منظور از رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان مرکزی بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 16 نفر از آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. ملاک انتخاب دانشجویان داشتن تجربه آموزش مجازی در ترم 1 و 2 دانشگاه بود؛ به‌این‌ترتیب دانشجویانی که ترم 1 و 2 دانشگاه را به‌صورت مجازی گذرانده بودند و هیچ تجربه‌ای از آموزش حضوری در دانشگاه نداشتند انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی صورت پذیرفت. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از وجود دو مضمون کلی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های استفاده از فناوری در آموزش مجازی دانشجو معلمان بود. این چالش‌ها عبارتند از عدم کسب شایستگی‌های لازم در یادگیری دروس، مشکلات سازمانی، مشکلات برنامه درسی، مشکلات ناشی از عدم ارتباط چهره به چهره و فراهم نبودن زیرساخت‌ها اشاره کرد. درعین‌حال استفاده از فناوری در آموزش مجازی فرصت‌هایی همچون رفع محدودیت مربوط به زمان و مکان، افزایش دسترسی به محتوا و توسعه مواد فناوری دانشجویان را به دنبال داشته است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل تاکید بر معاون آموزش مجازی و تدارک پشتیبانی‌های لازم جهت تعدیل چالش‌های آموزش مجازی ضرورت دارد.

investigating student teachers' lived experience of using technology in virtual education

the purpose of the current research is to investigate the lived experiences of student teachers of the use of technology in virtual education. for this purpose, qualitative approach and phenomenological method were used. the statistical population of the research included the female students of farhangian university of central province, 16 of them were selected by purposive sampling. the criteria for selecting students was to have virtual education experience in the 1st and 2nd semesters of the university; in this way, students who had completed the 1st and 2nd semesters of the university virtually and had no experience of face-to-face education at the university were selected. in order to collect data, a semi-structured interview method was used. data analysis was done using the seven-step claysey method. the obtained results indicated the existence of two general themes of challenges and opportunities of using technology in the virtual education of student teachers. these challenges include the lack of acquiring the necessary competencies in learning courses, organizational problems, curriculum problems, problems caused by the lack of face-to-face communication and the lack of infrastructure. at the same time, the use of technology in virtual education has led to opportunities such as removing time and place restrictions, increasing access to content and developing technology materials for students. according to the results, emphasizing the meaning of virtual education and providing the necessary support for it is necessary to adjust the challenges of virtual education.
