بررسی تجارب زیسته معلمان مقطع ابتدایی در استفاده از فناوری و تکنولوژی آموزشی

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تجارب زیسته معلمان مقطع ابتدایی در استفاده از فناوری و تکنولوژی آموزشی صورت گرفت. به همین منظور از رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. از میان آموزگاران مقطع ابتدایی استان‌های مرکزی و سمنان، با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 18 نفر انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با مصاحبه نیمه سازمان‌یافته جمع‌آوری شد و با کدگذاری های باز و محوری مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی‌ها در 4 مضمون اصلی (مزایای تکنولوژی آموزشی، تکنولوژی آموزشی در دروس مختلف، یادگیری دانش‌آموزان و تکنولوژی آموزشی در ارزشیابی) و 11 مضمون فرعی قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی‌ها حاکی از آن است که برای کاربر فناوری و تکنولوژی آموزشی می‌بایست اهمیت بیشتری قائل شد و مزایای کاربرد فناوری در آموزش بیشتر از چالش‌هایی است که معلمان برای آن مطرح می‌نمایند. لازمه‌ی موفقیت در این امر بنا بر تجارب معلمان، داشتن رویکرد مثبت به فناوری، افزایش آگاهی و توانایی در استفاده از تکنولوژی می‌باشد. البته محدودیت‌هایی نظیر امکانات مدارس را از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های کاربرد فناوری ذکر کرده‌اند که می‌بایست جهت رفع آن اقدامات لازم صورت گیرد.

investigating the lived experiences of primary school teachers in using technology and educational technology

the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the lived experiences of primary school teachers in the use of technology and educational technology. for this purpose, qualitative approach and phenomenological method were used. 18 people were selected from among the elementary school teachers of central and semnan provinces with the purposeful sampling method. data were collected by semi-structured interviews and analyzed with open and axial coding. the results of the surveys were placed in 4 main themes (advantages of educational technology, educational technology in different subjects, student learning and educational technology in evaluation) and 11 sub-themes. the results of the surveys indicate that more importance should be given to the user of technology and educational technology, and the benefits of using technology in education are more than the challenges that teachers raise for it. according to teachers experiences, the prerequisite for success in this matter is having a positive approach to technology, increasing awareness and ability to use technology. of course, limitations such as school facilities have been mentioned as one of the most important challenges in the use of technology, and necessary measures should be taken to solve them.
