حکمرانی محلی و توسعه پایدار گیاهان دارویی در استان ایلام

استان ایلام با برخورداری از تنوع زیستی غنی و اقلیم متنوع، پتانسیل بالایی در زمینه گیاهان دارویی دارد. با این حال، بهره‌برداری ناپایدار از این منابع، تنوع زیستی منطقه را تهدید می‌کند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش حکمرانی محلی در توسعه پایدار گیاهان دارویی در استان ایلام انجام شده است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش، کیفی و با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، اسناد و مدارک موجود، و بهره گیری از تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که ضعف در هماهنگی بین نهادهای محلی، کمبود آگاهی و مشارکت جوامع محلی، و نبود قوانین و مقررات کارآمد، از جمله چالش‌های اصلی در مسیر توسعه پایدار گیاهان دارویی در استان ایلام است. در مقابل، تقویت همکاری‌های بین بخشی، توانمندسازی جوامع محلی، تدوین و اجرای قوانین حمایتی، و ترویج کشت و فرآوری پایدار گیاهان دارویی، می‌تواند به عنوان راهکارهایی برای ارتقای حکمرانی محلی و دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در این حوزه مطرح باشد.

local governance and sustainable development of medicinal plants in ilam province

with its rich biodiversity and diverse climate, elam province has high potential in the field of medicinal plants. however, the unstable exploitation of these resources threatens the biodiversity of the region. the study was conducted with the aim of examining the role of local governance in the sustainable development of medicinal plants in elam province. the research method of this research is qualitative and using library studies, existing documents, and using content analysis. the findings show that weakness in coordination between local institutions, lack of awareness and participation of local communities, and lack of efficient laws and regulations are among the main challenges in the sustainable development of medicinal plants in elam province. in contrast, strengthening inter-sectoral cooperation, empowering local communities, drafting and implementing support laws, and promoting sustainable cultivation and processing of medicinal plants can be considered as solutions to promote local governance and achieve sustainable development in this area.
